DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered from them a toy chest with a name on. The same day i texted them in whatsapp to cancel the order because we changed our mind. After a week i had no reply so i called the company and a lady informed that my order was cancelled as asked but i just didnt receive a reply. I thought everything was solved and a month later i receive a notification from Klarna i need to pay my order from zohebbes. As it seems they hadnt cancelled it as far as the payment goes. And then a nightmare of me trying to contact them started and still hasn't finished. Two weeks later they are still not replying in anything ive sent them. Emails, phone is always not available for their company, voice messages, forms from their site, WhatsApp messages. All i received after a week of trying was goodmorning we are gonna look into it with Klarna and from then still not reply and still the payment is up. I find it so unprofessional and disrespectful for a company to ignore their customers. Im asking them to fix a problem they created and they completely ignore me. Unfortunately in their store it looks like they have good reviews. I should have trusted trustpilot reviews before ordering. I felt the need to leave a review because it is my worst experience from a store as long as im shopping things online, and THATS LONG! Do not waste your time with this store.
