Extremely unprofessional and slow

Extremely unprofessional and slow. I have a small glass that needs replacing. They came after a month of waiting to measure the glass only to loose the measurements! They didn't call me to ask for measurements, instead I called them after a month myself to ask for an update. I had to wait again a month and they took wrong measurements. I provided correct and agree on measurements and made an order. It's been now 4 months and still no update. The company responsible for manufacturing the glass doesn't pick up the phone, even when glas.nl office calls them! Extremely poor customer support.

We were generally happy but improvements needed

We were generally happy. But two thing were frustrating;
1) service team for measurement came 1 hour late without informing and we needed to stay in the house for the whole 5 hours for the given timeslot for no reason.
2) We did not hear on the quote for 4-5 weeks, until i reach out.

Working with Glaspunt was needlessly administrative

Working with Glaspunt was needlessly difficult due to their poor communication and chaotic administration. We asked for a single, itemized invoice — a basic request — and instead received two separate invoices sent across multiple, disjointed email chains. Despite following up by phone and email, our requests were ignored.

Their process created confusion and wasted time. Phone conversations were unhelpful, and the lack of organization made the whole experience far more stressful than it needed to be. We expected professionalism and clarity — Glaspunt delivered neither.

We do not recommend this company unless they seriously improve how they handle customer communication and billing.

Good service, great staff

I liked the staff who came to fix the window. They were amazing and cheerful! However, the communication with the office could have been faster. It took about 3 months to replace the window glass. If the office kept me updated it would be more comfortable. I would not need to guess at what stage my request had been.

But overall experience is great! Thanks

insufficient attention to preparation and finishing

Windows were measured and glass arrived in a reasonable time frame. The actual work was sub-contracted to another company. My main complaint is that the 'afwerking' was not good. There was lots of dangerous rubble and glass left lying on the grounds and most windows were left with streaks, not clean. I cannot clean them without scaffolding (which I paid for them to use). The workers did not use a tarp on my deck to prevent the rubble and glass that fell between the slats. It was a simple thing to avoid.

Excellent Service

Our cracked window was replaced by Glasspunt. The installation went very smoothly and the installer was great. He was very professional, efficient and clean. I'd definitely use them again if needed.

Made 3 appointments

Made 3 appointments. All 3 times nobody showed up to measure the windows. Waited for nothing. Then they called me to make a new appointment!! Time wasters. They are intermediaries for glass company's, nothing more.

Just pick a different company.

Terrible company. Avoid, there are plenty of others.
First of all, it took months for them to fix my house.

Second of all they put on an emergency sheet that was not necessary at all due to the nature of the location. They indicated it was free but proceeded to bill me.

Avoid like the plague.

I'm sorry to hear that you had such an experience with us. We looked at what happened, and talked about it with the mechanic. We saw that you had to wait for 5 weeks until the final glass was placed. This is within normal range, because we have to order the glass. They placed an emergency cover due to safety issues. Emergency covers are never free, but are placed there for you and our own safety. We always let our customers sign a work order and quotation before we leave and place the final glass. By signing, as with any other company, you agree to the costs of what was fixed.

An awful experience

An awful experience. Multiple cancelled appointments, someone had to come round multiple times to take measurements because they "lost" them twice.
After about 3 months the glass was finally installed and I then received an invoice for a more expensive type of glass that was not installed. I questioned them multiple times and they said they would get back to me and never did.
Then after 30 days they issued me with a warning to pay the invoice or I would receive an additional charge. I then reached out again, and still did not receive a response. I would recommend literally any other glaszetter in the Netherlands, just make sure they aren't a partner of Glaspunt!
