I contacted Zoe about food concerns at the weekend. I was worried about something food and health related that I thought Zoe might have some experience of. Stunned to receive a holding response from a real person shortly thereafter and then, the next working day, a very helpful and fuller response. Really appreciate this from Zoe !

Both Daisy and Emily resolved a year long problem I had with Daily30. Daisy fixed the shipping information so I actually received a shipment without billing me a 4th time for product never received and Emily refunded the money for shipments never received. The support team for the Food Duary App is excellent. The support team for the Daily30 website is horrible.

The whole process of contacting them and getting an answer worked very well.
Seems to be very good customer service.
Also good that they make it clear when you are talking to AI (initially ) and if it can't answer your question, a human responds in a reasonable time.

I love the AI feature, that majority of the time gets correct from just an image of my food. This is the problem I have with other food logging apps because it’s boring and high effort.
However, I do find sometimes it’s a bit buggy after logging food. So somethings the score doesn’t calculate or it doesn’t save or food items are captured twice, or I’ll capture kefir and then it’ll say I didn’t have any fermented food that day - just little things.
But on the whole, it’s pretty good.
I love the overall food score and insights.
I find ziggy a bit limiting at times (can’t think of specifics) but again, good enough overall.
I do love Zoe though and I do love the awareness it brings. Somethings I thought were healthy but aren’t

I my first interaction with your AI response was not very helpful but when Daisy got back to mr she was fantastic.
Really helpful with very clear instructions to help me solve my problem.
I have been with Zoe since the outbreak of Covid. I listen to every podcast and I share with my friends.
I will be in touch again soon when I am more solvent.

Wellbeing benefits have been quite clear over a couple of months, encouraged by the very engaging app's nudges. The meal recognition feature (snap a photo and it tells you what it sees) is fun, and surprisingly accurate. Some of its assumptions about the content of made-up foods perhaps need a rejig though :) The seeds supplement (not essential to follow the advice) is tasty - for both savoury and sweet food - and has a nice crunchy texture. Very happy I signed up!
