Dr Rashda, Dr Simone and the nurses team have been amazing. I have been well looked after, my concerns were dealt with care and the communication was great. I would fully recommend this clinic!

After three failed transfers at another clinic, we are finally pregnant thanks to Zita West’s holistic approach and amazing team of doctors and nurses.

Zita West has a uniquely bespoke and holistic approach through which they looked at all aspects of our lifestyle to treat real root causes of implantation failure. This allowed us to materially increase the number of blastocysts versus previous cycles at another clinic and get pregnant from the first transfer attempt. We believe that the traditional methods applied by other clinics would have not been able to get us this far and highly recommend Zita West to other patients.

We felt truly looked after, heard and supported by all the wonderful staff at Zita West throughout the entire process. They were always attentive, reachable and showed true care for me and my husband.

Thank you to Dr Simone and the wonderful team of nurses and the sonographer lady at Zita West. Our little boy was born in March. He is healthy and we are very grateful for the care and kindness we experienced with the Zita West team. What is a difficult experience in general proved to be something that can be done with the right care, right mindset, willpower and extreme emphasis on one's own health. IVF is not an easy journey but the team were so incredibly kind, caring and professional throughout. Thank you very much. We think of you all very fondly.

I am happily writing this review that I have dreamed about soooo long.

After 8 long years of TTC, which involved running from one clinic to another in Malta with no success and huge amounts of money we had the opportunity to be referred to Dr. George by a few individuals that are members of this Facebook group in Malta. It was exactly the year when Covid came to Malta and we were stuck at home waiting to do our next IUI. In the meantime we had made an appt with Dr. George which we had to wait a good 3 months for it but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!

The day of the 1st appointment we knew that Dr. George is the right Doctor for us! He made us feel sooo relaxed and convinced us and made us believe more in ourselves and that YES we are going to become parents. He always explained everything in detail and always answered our long list of questions. We came up to London in April last year and I suffered from internal bleeding and unfortunately the transfer could not be made. Again he was really supportive and even where the nurses - 2 of which where of great support. Teri used to calm me down during my panic attacks at the clinic and Nirmala used to calm me down over the phone. Doing IVF is stressfull for every couple but you guys at Zita West make it look all easy being from the nutrition calls and therapy sessions offered and the lovely staff at reception - all in all we can say that it has been an Incredible experience like no other. Looking back I realise how strong I was to pass from all that and it truly was a lovely experience all in all. We had followed Isabelle's nutrition plan and I must say that it really worked for us. The therapy session with Jane where just so GOOD too!!!

WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFULL!

We came again in July to transfer our little CUTIE - that's what our lovely Dr. George referred to our embryo! That was a special moment that will remain forever in my heart. He made the transfer an incredible experience for me with his patience and positivity. After that we prayed and prayed and we put our whole trust in God and on the 9th of August the MIRACLE OF MIRACLES HAPPENED! We FINALLY had a POSITIVE pregnancy test. We can't explain the happiness we felt in our hearts after 8 years of ttc we could not believe that it happened.

I stayed cautious all throughout my pregnancy and it wasn't easy even because of COVID. But our little cutie survived and on the 18th of April 2022 our little cutie was born - A LOVELY BABY BOY!

Everybody at the Zita West Fertility clinic were absolutely wonderful and supportive through what was a very difficult time. We started our IVF journey in 2019, and today have two beautiful healthy children. Thankyou for making this possible :)

This review is not about the clinic, but about one of the people that have made this long and difficult journey more bearable at the clinic. We’ve been with Zita West since 2018 and are still waiting to bring home our miracle baby. Along the way we’ve had many difficult times and some of the staff have been so supportive during those times. One in particular has been Suzi. Always so helpful and supportive, she really takes the time to listen to you and put you at ease. A real asset to Zita West! It really does make a massive difference when you have genuinely supportive staff who help you through the difficult process of IVF. Thank you Suzi!

Myself and boyfriend had a first time successful pregnancy having IVF treatment with Zita West. Being over 40 I was fully aware that my chances weren’t high, but I honestly believe that with the holistic focus Zita West have on the whole body and mind along with the science - acupuncture/diet/well being/mindfulness etc really contributed to the result. Along with the free counselling session which was incredibly helpful! I know I was really lucky - this really made me believe that despite the statistics- miracles really can happen! We’re absolutely overjoyed with this little dream baby girl who’s arrived in our lives, Evie, born in August 2022 by elected c-section! (She was over two weeks late) a really peaceful birth overlooking the sea at the Royal Sussex in Brighton. Thanks to everyone at Zita West!! The midwives, (Maria!!) Dr George and everyone at Care London were just fabulous and always have the best advice and support.

I had a remarkable experience with the Zita West Clinic. Dr Simone Rofena, the fertility nurses and scanner, nutritionist, counsellor, acupuncturist, receptionists and finance team, as well as Dr George and the CARE team and the external genetics counselling team, have all been truly amazing!!!! Trustworthy, professional, personable and highly knowledgeable, I had an invaluable experience with every team, tailoring my care to suit my requirements… Although unsuccessful in terms of pregnancy I would say it has been the start of a very special journey and I will wholeheartedly recommend the Zita West Clinic, as well as CARE Fertility London. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I cannot speak highly enough of the care, attention and expertise we have received from the Zita West clinic. They took us from having no embryos from 2 rounds of NHS funded IVF to having 8 frozen blastocysts - I truly believe this is due to their holistic approach and the care they take to ensure that every detail is tailored within your cycle. Unfortunately we went on to have 3 early miscarriages following transfers from this cycle but again, Dr George and the team were amazing at every stage - extremely thorough in their investigations and we really felt listened to and part of our care. We ended up on an immune protocol and I'm pleased to say I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and we are so so grateful to the team at Zita West for helping us get here. It isn't only the medical expertise but the kindness and support that makes all the difference - there is always someone at the end of the phone, they truly care and take the time to really understand your case and this is something that we have had negative experiences with elsewhere. Even on the one occasion when we were unhappy with an element of our care the way they dealt with this was outstanding - their clinic manager went out of their way to call us and understand the problem and talked us through how they would remedy it. Thank you to everyone at Zita West clinic for getting us to where we are now, we are eternally grateful.

There is no better feedback that we could give other than to say that we are now the proud parents of Georgina, our ivf miracle all thanks to the care and dedication of the Zita West clinic.

After two failed transfers at our local clinic (supposedly the best in the Midlands) we were tired, heartbroken and starting to lose hope. Then we met Dr Simone, who from the very first time we spoke provided reassurance and a personalised service that we could not fault. Always listening, willing to entertain our suggestions and 100% in our corner, he was exactly what was needed.

Whilst we knew I had pcos and potential immune issues, he agreed we needed to retest my husband, which turned out to be the missing piece to our puzzle. After pgs testing our embryos and adopting an approach of leaving ‘no stone left unturned’ we were able to create Georgina and have a spare tested embryo in the freezer.

This service was backed up by our nutritionist Isabelle, acupuncturist Josephine, counsellor Jane and the fabulous nursing team. We never felt alone but instead part of the Zita West family and completely supported at every stage. They were also fantastic when I lost my dad part way through treatment, providing us with numerous free counselling sessions to get us back into a positive state of mind.

Our first transfer worked and we haven’t looked back. We will be coming to Zita West again to try and get Georgina a sibling in due course. This clinic has changed our lives and we cannot speak highly enough of them.

After 5 failed transfers at 3 different clinics, I came to see Dr George for a second opinion. Dr George reassured me with the right plan/ clinic I would become a mother.
Unlike others Dr George focused on my NK Killer cells and explained I needed a course of the intrapalid drips instead of just having one on the day of the transfer. On top of this I also started a course of Acupunture with the clinic to help me relax and stay focused.

I truly believe changing my clinic and having the extra guidance from Dr George/Zita West helper achieve my dream of becoming a mum. I gave birth last month to my beautiful son and am very grateful for all the help!

We first approached ZW in March 2019 after we’d finished our NHS funded IVF cycle(s) at Kings. We had successfully created 7 blastocysts in Feb 2018 but sadly gone on to have 3 heartbreaking miscarriages. I needed a clinic to help me understand what was happening and transfer our remaining embryos to. We met with Dr George and he was so compassionate about our losses and advised we look into killer cells. We proceeded with tests which showed slightly elevated levels and went ahead with a FET (using a Kings embryo) in April 2019. Sadly this transfer also resulted in a miscarriage. We were broken.
We then spoke to George about what was going on and understanding how I could not go through another miscarriage, we decided to embark upon a whole new fresh cycle with all the nutritional advice and support ZW had to offer. We always felt that at age 36 one of our embryos should make it but after 3 consecutive miscarriages I wasn’t willing to try without knowing we did everything we could and with chromosome testing. Dr George was fully supportive and in October 2019 we started a nutrition programme with the lovely Clare with a view to starting the new cycle in Feb 2020. I was now 38 and wanted to give it my all- the ZW team were always friendly and supportive and when we started the cycle they were responsive/ communicative and kind. I feel some clinics forget that kindness goes a long way. People coming to get IVF clinics are usually very sad at their situation, facing horrible uncertainty having already likely been through trauma and anxiety. To be dealt with with kindness and understanding is supremely important. I felt that the team at ZW, from the front desk to the nursing team were always friendly. I have broken down in tears more times than I’d like to admit in those offices but was never made to feel dramatic or silly- the team understood what we had been through and what we were facing. This isn’t a cosmetic situation- facing fertility issues is one of the hardest things to go through and I felt the team understood this.

Our Feb 2020 fresh cycle with ZW resulted in 5 blastocysts which were sent off for testing and two weeks later we found out that 1 of the 5 were normal. We were pleased but a little disappointed (as we’d liked to have 2) but also incredibly relieved to have one as there was a possibility we could have had none.

We were always going to wait a few months before transferring but covid delayed things until October 2020 when we spoke with George about going ahead with our “one shot”. I distinctly remember him saying “ah a summer baby”…..

To cut a long story short- I am currently writing this review with my 5 day old son in my arms. He is perfect and I will always be grateful to the team at Zita West for providing us with the family we’ve longed for.

I bought products & had IVF through Zita West..don't do it!!!
I bought products from Zita West while having IVF treatment with them. We had two rounds of IVF and paid a fortune. The last treatment we had resulted in one of their 'consultants' piercing my uterus repeatedly with a catheter (thin tube used to insert the egg into my uterus). A wonderful surgeon at my new clinic said following a minor internal operation examination "what the hell happened during your last transfer?" such was the level of scar tissue!
Their medication didn't work for me, they have a reputation in the medical industry to fabricate their ability and in our experience their focus was on how many rounds we could afford v focus on us having a baby! When we complained they did nothing!
Don't go anywhere near them!

I'm currently undergoing IVF treatment and throughout the process I have received an incredible level of care. Every staff member has taken their time to talk me through the process and has been there every step of the way when I've had questions. They are extremely responsive, kind and caring. I love the holistic approach to IVF – the nutrition and acupuncture sessions have been fantastic!

I have felt so supported and would highly recommend, thank you to everyone at the Zita West Clinic.

The Zita West Clinic is my absolute go-to for fertility treatment. The team who looked after me there from the nurses to the consultants provided incredible support and realistic encouragement. Whatever curve balls I was thrown during my IVF journey, my consultant found a solution specifically tailored to my medical situation. I always felt I mattered as a patient and was never reduced to a statistic. In my view the Zita West Clinic combines the best cutting edge fertility treatment with excellent patient care. I would not have my amazing little boy if it were not for them! IVF is never easy but I felt they were really rooting for me every step of the way.

I just had an online counselling session with Jane from the Zita West Clinic. I came away laughing having been feeling stressed & overwhelmed about the whole fertility process before the session. In just one session, she helped me to really acknowledge how I was really feeling about the whole thing & the impact it was having on me & areas of my life. I already feel happier, calmer & more confident about whatever happens on my fertility journey knowing it's not all within my control. I would highly recommend having a counselling session(s) if you feel your fertility journey is impacting you or your mental health.

After a long 6 years of heartache and disappointment we decided to go down the route of trying IVF. After a lot of research we chose the Zita West fertility clinic due to its good reviews and success rates. This was a big decision to make as living in Bournemouth we had to invest a lot of extra time and money in travelling to London for all of the appointments. We were not left disappointed and will never regret this decision! The team at Zita West have been amazing from start to finish. From our initial consultation with Dr George right through to our 8 week scan which took place this morning!! To go from loosing all hope to being where we are today is just amazing. We will forever be thankful to the Zita West team, they have all been great but we would like to say an extra special thank you to Anita, Emily and the amazing Dr George!
