Although at first glance I was suspicious of Zippytom, the product I purchased (a coffee machine) was about £10 cheaper than Amazon and other websites. I took a chance and I'm glad I did! The coffee machine arrived very quickly in perfect condition, and I've had no problems whatsoever.

Zippytom excellent customer service
I ordered a coffee bean grinder from Zippytom back in September 2020. The grinder arrived safely and was exactly what I ordered. However, in April 2021 it developed a fault so I contacted Zippytom by email to explain what had happened. They replied almost immediately and promised to replace the grinder with a brand new one as it was still under manufacturer's warranty. The replacement duly arrived today as promised. I found Zippytom's customer service excellent and faultless. Replies to my emails were speedy and informative and they did everything they promised. Thanks in particular to my contact at Zippytom, Amin. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anybody. Terry O'Shea
