Less expensive than CarFax and much more user friendly allowing multiple searches.

Using Zilocar was easy and efficient and provided all the information I needed that the owner of the used car was not telling me. Zilocar showed me that the reason the car was at such a good price and had low mileage was because it was a salvage. The Zilocar report saved me money and potential headaches with a car the owner has no business trying to sell.

Very easy to use and cancel subscription after I had found a car. The reports are complete and easy to read.

Difficult to reach customer service to cancel the membership. I ended up disputing through my credit card company because emails went unanswered and I couldn't find a phone number for customer service. The credit card company was successful in canceling the membership and future charges, but I did end up paying for one month.

Easy to use, complete report

The Zilocar report process was a simple way to gain some peace of mind before buying a used car from an independent seller. I got more useful info. about the car’s history than I expected. 👍🏽👍🏽

Tempted by finding a most cost concious source for a used car, I gave Zilocar a try. I was satisified with the provided information.

Zilocar report contains zero service records. I paid $29 and got ZERO value from this service.

1 star= "F", FAIL

I thought Experian/Autocheck was bad but I can't imagine why anybody would think Zilocar is worth paying ANYTHING for.

However, in your advertising you claim that your reports are 'Comprehensive' and in, what appears to be, a comparative review of various used car reports bestvehiclehistoryreport zilocar is directly compared to car reports that *do* include service history. By comparing zilocar directly to report providers that *do* provide service history and saying that your reports are ‘comprehensive’ *I was misled* into believing that zilocar provides service history.

In spite of the fact that '...dealership service and maintenance records are private information…' all the other report services that I have used in the past do provide service records. In fact, service records are, for me, the bulk of the reason for getting a report. The other stuff, while nice to have, isn’t of primary importance as most fraud is caught by state BMV and things such as odometer rollback can usually be inferred from service records. Until I bought the zilocar report I couldn’t even conceive the thought that a report service would not include service records. The fact that bestvehiclehistoryreport rated zilocar above report services that do include service records seems extremely disingenuous to me and indicates this review is not being honest.

I purchased Zilocar due to claims of a very comprehensive list of items provided. Their reports do not provide any information on service records and for me, makes their report worthless.

Zilocar was very helpful during my car search! I was able to run reports easily and review important information about each car. I even learned of a lemon from these reports! Anyone purchasing a used car should absolutely use Zilocar to review the car’s history first.
