This is the first time I used Zettle and I would give them a 5 star rating without hesitation. I was in Europe at the time of settlement. Despite getting myself ready with the remaining sum required (with the advise and assistant from Shanelle almost 2 weeks before) my financier did not release the loan in time. And that was due to a lack of respond from the legal rep of the financier in Australia! What exactly happened remain unknown till this day but it was Jocelyn who kept chasing all parties and eventually we got the settlement settled after a good 72 hours! What a relief to me when I heard this news. A big thumb up to Zettle.
