What a fantastic product

Please do not use Royal Mail and do not ask for a signature on such an invaluable item !
Please, please, please, do not use Royal Mail for your delivery, also why does it need a signature ?
I am obviously at work when Royal Mail deliver, they insist on a signature so I have still not received it.
Royal Mail are useless in my opinion, I have set up delivery preferences on their app but they do not acknowledge it, I set a re-delivery date for this coming Thursday but they tried to deliver again today !!any other delivery company are happy to leave in a safe place despite needing a signature (I can alter this on their apps) rant over !

Dear Mike - thank you for your review, which is a review of Royal Mail rather than Zerofit. Firstly we can see your item was delivered on Thursday. Since we moved from DHL around 2 years ago we have found their service to be very good and they also deliver on a Saturday which DHL don't do. You do have the option to change to delivery without signature so I am guessing this message did not reach the driver. Unfortunately whichever carrier you use there will be occasional problems and in our experience Royal Mail are as good as we have used. As regards the request for signature we do this as if we don't and the parcel is stolen we are liable - you have the option to change the delivery mode but this is at your risk. I am sorry you have had this issue but as a general rule we find our deliveries reliable.

Very happy with the quality of the hoodie and skin. Haven’t had chance to check out the ice skin as hasn’t been warm enough yet but I’m sure it’s as good as the rest of their products
