One of the items in my parcel was missing even though the delivery email said both items would be included. I called customer service and could not get through to anyone. I sent email. No reply. I think this company is a scam

EXCELLENT VERTICAL DAY AND NIGHT BLIND

Bought a vertical day and night blind, also known as illusion blind, for sliding patio door and am really pleased with this. They have lovely loops at the top with the day sections allowing in good amount of light and the nighttime bands turning very nicely at night time to provide full privacy.

Bedroom Roman blinds

We ordered our guest bedroom Roman blind from Zen blinds, we had quite a delay in receiving them but this was due to the delivery company solely! Hristo at Zen could not have been more helpful in solving the issue, he was amazing keeping us updated every step of the way in his polite and supportive manner. Excellent customer service!
When the blinds arrived we were very happy with them, super quality and easy to install. Beautifully made and the fabric is stunning!

No safety device delivered

The blinds took a long time to be delivered, we were kept informed of the delay, but it was still delayed. Also the chain for drawing the blinds is far to long with no obvious way to shorten. Also no safety device for the cords were delivered

You wont be disappointed.

Great service from ordering to received. Arrived exactly on time, well packaged. Easy instructions emailed out to me. The blind itself is extremely well made. Effortless, smooth roll up and down. Couldn't of got a better colour match. Excellent price. I would definitely use again. Perfect.

Avoid

Avoid, over priced day night blinds, very poor quality, had marks on blinds, when ordered didn't realise its coming outside UK? Poor customer service, when I sent pictures of marks on blinds, got reply back after several days . And the reply was this is not manufactured fault these ink like marks are from drilling? What a joke... nearly 400£ lol 😆 drilling

Stylish and super high quality blinds!

Zenshades provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The custom-made blinds were delivered incredibly quickly and arrived securely packaged with no damage at all. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions and multiple fitting options available. I ordered Tuscan oak blinds along with two different velvet roller blinds, and they all look absolutely stunning. The quality is outstanding, and they’ve really elevated the look of my space. I highly recommend.

Day and night blind- perfect experience

From creating the order, purchasing and then receiving our blind was so simple and straight forward. When ordering online, it couldn't have been easier, nothing complicated to confuse you and everything explained. We received updates as to how our order was going and then when it was dispatched. Our blind was delivered one day early, this wasn't a problem for us, and completely undamaged. It was very well packed. Once opened the quality of the blind we bought is superior. It's a sturdy item and was again straight forward to put up within the recess of the window. We are so pleased with this experience, quality and the blind itself that we will highly recommend this company and will be ordering our other blinds from here too. Thank you.

Day Night Vertical Blinds

Prompt delivery and nice quality too. We had a slight issue with the spacing at the end of the rail. Hristo at Zen was most helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend and will use again. Sue.

AVOID - missing blinds with 2 orders & brackets. VERY POOR customer service

AVOID. I placed 2 separate orders for 7 blinds (bay windows) as I’ve been renovating. BOTH times blinds were missing.
For the first order 1 blind was missing. I contacted Hristo & was given a partial credit for the missing blind & a replacement for a blind I measured in error. No problems here. I was happy to order again.
The 2nd order - 2 blinds were missing along with 7 pairs of brackets. I had to go back & forth with Hristo who said manufacturing logs & CCTV were checked. Everything was shipped. When I was having none of that, he asked me to weigh the blinds that were delivered can you believe?! Why wouldn’t you take my word for it as a customer? Who in their right mind wants partially covered bay windows? I promptly refused as that’s highly outrageous & inappropriate. Surely you know the weight of your blinds? The FedEx shipment was 2.5kgs. 7 large metal blinds with metal brackets will be heavier than that! I was also informed by Hristo re the missing brackets that “brackets are not required to be supplied. When we provide them, it is done entirely as a discretionary customer-service courtesy.” How are you expecting buyers to immediately put up their blinds?! (If they are fully delivered!) I had to ask if he was serious about retaining custom, reputation & get somewhat aggressive in tone. He then finally after approx 7 emails agreed to send the 2 missing blinds (which weighed 2.4kgs) & 7 pairs of brackets. The blinds turned up. However, only 1 pair of brackets did. I had to find my own brackets at my own cost so my windows could be fully covered ASAP. Hristo still hasn’t responded to my email enquiring where the missing brackets are (sent 23/12/25)
Also to note, their products are manufactured & shipped from Bulgaria whereas their site says they are manufactured & shipped in the UK.
I will not be using this company again & it’s a shame as the blinds are good quality & the shipping quick. However, the poor & outrageous customer service & missing blinds x2 is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I’d advise you to do the same.

Thank you for your detailed message. I want to respond clearly, factually, and respectfully, as there are several important points that need to be addressed.

First, we want to be clear that situations like this are exceptionally rare for us, as evidenced by the very large number of verified customer reviews reflecting complete and accurate deliveries. That rarity is precisely why we carried out internal checks when concerns were raised.

For both of your orders, manufacturing logs, packing records, and dispatch checks were reviewed, and these showed the orders as complete when handed over to the courier. This is also why we asked whether the delivered parcels could be weighed — not as an accusation, but as a standard logistics verification step when there is a discrepancy between shipment records and delivery claims. This is common practice when resolving delivery disputes and is used to establish whether items could physically have been missing in transit.

Regarding timing: your follow-up email dated 23 December was sent during our Christmas closure. Any delay in response was due solely to this closure and not a lack of engagement or care.

It’s also important to clarify a few factual points that your review omits:
• During your first order, we issued a full credit for a blind you have mismeasured outside the PerfectFit timeframe, despite no obligation to do so. This was a goodwill exception.
• During your first order, you also claimed a missing blind, which we also credited to you. This was another goodwill exception.
• During your second order, you also claimed missing items, which is highly unlikely.
• We again sent replacement blinds and brackets at no charge, even though our internal records showed the order as complete.
• We do supply brackets as standard with our blinds. The suggestion otherwise is incorrect.
• At every stage, replacements and credits were issued in good faith, despite repeated discrepancies between your claims and shipping records.

Regarding manufacturing: Zen Blinds is a UK-based company. Some products are manufactured in the UK and others in Europe, depending on product type. This is clearly stated and is standard practice across the industry — quality and specification remain consistent regardless of origin.

You acknowledge in your review that:
• the blinds are good quality
• delivery is quick
• issues were ultimately resolved

However, the overall tone and 1-star rating do not fairly reflect the extensive concessions, replacements, and exceptions made on your behalf.

While we always aim to help customers, we also have a responsibility to draw a line where repeated unsupported claims of missing items result in continued loss for the business. We cannot continue to issue credits, replacements, or free products indefinitely where records consistently show full dispatch.

For that reason, and given the position expressed in your review, we believe it is best that you source future blinds elsewhere. We are sure that they will not offer you the same service of replacements. We are confident in our pricing, quality, and service, and stand by the way this situation was handled.

We consider this matter closed.

Samples were delayed in post due to Christmas emailed co and they arranged another set registered post . Then both packages arrived together . Great customer service . Quick response to emails . Great blinds arrived before Christmas
