Urbanxscapes Reviews

Gordon was brilliant from initial enquiry to delivery .

My son in law , Sam , said instructions were easy to follow. The pergola is well made and blinds of good quality . Really looking forward to having the lights on when it gets darker.

Gordon either responded to an email right away or that day . All calls were answered by Gordon.

He kept us informed of timescales and delivery date.

An excellent company .

Thank you from Foxhole Farm . Inverness.

Delighted with our new pergola which was very professionally installed by Gordon and his team. The whole process went smoothly despite us making a last minute alteration to the location of the pergola which resulted in some additional groundwork for them. A very pleasant company to deal with who we can't recommend highly enough

Excellent product and great team. Gordon and his team arrived on time, installed our motorised awning and cleared up any debris after them. They did an excellent job and gave great advice on the positioning. I'd recommend them and happily use them again if the need arose.

An absolutely outstanding job. Gordon and Dylan were a great duo. Gordon advised what would be suitable for us. We struggled to find the size we wanted but Gordon managed to do this within minutes! Can’t wait for cosy evenings in the garden. It’s like another wee room. Would highly recommend 🥳🥳

The team at Urbanxscapes installed a pergola in our garden over the summer. Really impressed with the team from start to finish.
We visited the showroom and Gordon talked us through all the features. Was great to see the pergola in person rather than online to get an idea of the actual size.
Gordon and the team were really professional. Great customer service. Would totally recommend them and would use again.

Absolutely delighted with my pergola in the back garden. They arrived on time and fitted it within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend urbanXscapes.

Very pleased with our pergola that was recently installed. After an early start and long drive to get to us, Gordon and Dylan set about building the pergola very efficiently and were a very pleasant team to have around.

UrbanXcapes is a company I can highly recommend. Their workmanship is excellent with great attention to detail. Staff are knowedgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Gordon and his team were excellent from the planning stage of our pergola to problem solving and installation.
We have recommended this company to friends as we were very impressed.
There was no sales pressure just professionalism and customer focus.
Even after installation the after care service was great. All questions answered promptly.

Gordon and team did an excellent job removing our old summer house, extending a concrete plinth and paving it, and then the great 3x3m pergola. It's created a super new living area at the bottom of our garden, with the sliding screens and louvred roof making it suitable for all weathers.

We are delighted with our new space - Gordon was meticulous with his planning and what would work for us. The installation went smoothly and the end result has given us a lovely area that fits in with the house perfectly. Thanks to Gordon and his team.

From visiting the showroom to installation the experience was great. Gordon kept us informed throughout and we couldn't be happier with our pergola

Fabulous, from start to finish! Please don’t be put off if in busy times you have to wait for work. It’s worth the wait! Professional but down to earth with a quality product, standard and finish.
