This is the best hotel ever. Excellent service by Mr Vadi Constantin who looks after all Details and is very friendly.

The apartment was very nice, it has 2 spacious bedrooms, clean bathroom and a kitchen to cook your meals. The owner of the apartment was also a very kind and helpful person. It was only a 400 meters walk to the bus station, access to everywhere was easy. If you’re staying in Murmansk, this apartment is a nice place for your “home” away from home.

Firstly, in my limited use (February 2026) zenhotels has provided the best booking rates consistently over other sites. I say consistently in that, as you are probably aware, rates can fluctuate broadly on other hotel booking sites/apps which I find bothersome. The zenhotels website and app are very user-friendly and the process of booking is very streamlined; however, for one property I regularly book with they don't list certain differences in rooms that's important in booking (handicap vs non-handicap accessible). Be aware of this lack of details and possibly ask the property questions directly to be clear on the details of the room you're booking. This was a minor detail and overall I found zenhotels to be a great resource for online/mobile hotel bookings without the constant emails and text (with quickly expiring offers or promos i don't care about) you have with some other booking sites/apps. I get maybe one email from zenhotels a week and its always relevant offers.

Made to feel welcome when I arrived the check in was seamless. The receptionist explained where all the facilities were. The room was lovely and clean. No complaints from me. My only minor gripe is free wi fi. Not even 1 Meg, but it was fine. Of course if you pay for a higher wi fi it will be better, but I was there to enjoy the sun and the area so wi fi isn’t an obstacle in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely return.

Lovely quiet hotel. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt the furnishings and the hotel was a bit dated. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. I would go back.

I was a little apprehensive about booking when I read some of the previous reviews but had no problems whatsoever. Booked for a stay at the Premier Inn and had immediate confirmation complete with booking reference. Also was able to pay using PayPal for that extra reassurance. Very happy.

It was a cozy apartment for two. Beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor. Good equipment in the kitchen too. Supermarket nearby. We stayed for three days. Definitely a good suggestion

Stress free booking . Well done to zen hotels who got my booking all right . Notified the hotel of a late check in . Most importantly the price I paid was the most competitive in comparison to other booking site. Will use zen hotels again

Well it's been a 2 months now since I contacted Zen requesting compensation for a Hotel that's been closed for 3 years. My £26.50 has now been paid and they have offered me a promo code for any future booking. So in summary Zen have redeemed themselves in part for this very stressful situation I found myself in.
