Zenfy has been easy to use and offers a variety of learning resources and remote work opportunities. The platform is well organized and straightforward to navigate. While I'm still new and haven't had enough time to fully evaluate all of the features, my initial experience has been positive. I look forward to seeing how the training and job opportunities develop over time.

I authorized and paid for a $10 subscription with Zenfy. However, a $75 charge was deducted from my account without my consent or authorization.

I contacted the support team and was told only a 50% refund could be offered, but I have not received any further response since then.

I have now come across multiple reviews from other customers reporting similar unauthorized charges and loss of funds, which has raised serious concern.

Everyone giving them 4-5 stars has, self-admittedly, just started on the app. Nobody says they found a job. Why do they rate it then? They are misleading other Trust pilot users. I subscribed to the 7-day trial for $10 (it's a 6-day trial actually, if you read the fine print it says you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period to not get charged). It doesn't say it automatically renews for $75 if you don't cancel (although I read a comment on Reddit saying it's there in very fine print, light grey letters on a white background), nor do you receive any communication before being charged. Also, you get no warning about the auto-renew option being on by default. The job listings are AI generated, and the recruiters contacting you (my profile caught their eye, although my profile was empty) are AI bots. Which led me to suspect they weren't real. So I went to the fine print, where it is stated that the service they offer is online courses and learning material. Nowhere does it say they are a job platform. The fine print also says they can give full or partial refunds (for the subscription money only) at their discretion, provided you have completed at least 5 courses and you had a valid reason which doesn't include changing your mind or being dissatisfied. I sent them a screenshot of their 100% money-back guarantee which says you get your money back if you are not satisfied, and I got a full refund within 24 hours. That is the only reason they don't get 1 star. I've read reviews saying the material on AI is pretty good. Maybe. But they're not a platform for job searching, that part is a scam. They just want to keep you reading offers and buying courses to try to get the jobs. It's a scam. And it takes a special kind of a**hole to rip someone off who is looking for a job.

I am thirsty for knowledge type of person I'm in the Maestro College for AI technology I'm getting my bachelor's and business pathways and entrepreneurship and Zenfy helps me find those jobs that help me make ends meet and exceed the meeting of each end. Zen 5 Clements the things I'm learning in college by having its own course set courses that you can get certificates for and I think that they are very great business to go through for looking for tech jobs and gigs. I've been run by for about a month now and I do not regret it.

Getting to know different ways regarding AI how can it help to teach us something that is valuable. This company is doing well to give out opportunity in more than one way, I can only suggest it to anybody who thinks ready for a challenge in their weekends and in their spare time.
