Extremely informative and let you know how to achieve the best trust with future customers! This is a great tool to use whether you are online or off-line to automate your own responses. It is a great way that they explained it well so that I feel more comfortable being able to implement their expertise.

My experience with Zenfy has been nothing short of excellent.

I initially signed up for a subscription without fully understanding how the service and its benefits would apply to my needs 😟

To be honest, I am not a tech-savvy person. I am an ICU Registered Nurse, the technology and artificial intelligence are not areas I am particularly familiar with at the moment. Because of that, I wasn't entirely sure how much I had used the service or whether it was the right fit for me at this point in time.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service I received from the Zenfy team. From my very first interaction through the cancellation and refund process, every representative treated me with kindness, professionalism, respect, and genuine care.

They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. (Fast reply too)

This is exactly the type of customer service every company should strive to provide. Truly! Very easy, smooth, stress-free, and customer-focused.

Even though I decided that the service is not the right fit for me at the present time, I am sincerely grateful for the support I received and for the partial refund that was offered.

If and when I am ready to explore this type of technology in the future, Zenfy will certainly be one of the first companies I think of.

Signed up for 4 USD and one week later got charged 90 USD. This charge was never clearly communicated to me. Cancel my subscription button on the website did not work. Sent an e-mail to cancel the subscription, which was ignored. Got charged another 90 USD next month.

I've had a great experience with Zenfy. The app is easy to navigate, user-friendly, and regularly provides a good variety of work-from-home job listings. I appreciate how simple it is to search and apply for opportunities, making the job-hunting process much less stressful. If you're looking for remote work, Zenfy is definitely worth checking out.
