You should really consider something important when choosing a charger from any brand... will it hold a standalone charge? Bought an Anker 733 power bank. Fail. Nimble Wally wall charger. Fail. So then there's the silver Pro that Zendure offers. Worth the investment. Holds a charge. I charged my 5500mah flashlight and it still showed 100% power!
The case is a great added feature for extra cables.

Just remember, a power bank that sheds energy for no reason, will it work for you when you really need it? The voltage reader let's me know how fast each port charges. Charges and recharges fast.

Zendure is the place to be for clean energy.

I purchased a Passport III. It took FOREVER to find out when it would ship. Upon arrival, it was broken. The terrible email-based support asked me questions like "did you push the button HARD?" and wanted me to send them a video of sliders not moving... how do you show something that won't move?

Probably a good product. But, no accountability, no help, no way to get the same person. Just a frustrating support system.

A few days ago I had a problem with a Superhub SE purchased last year directly from Zendure.com.

I reached out to Support as this is still under warranty and was happy with their swift response, offering to send a replacement ASAP.

Grace was helpful in assisting me to provide a 2nd replacement of the SuperPort S4 as the 1st USB port was faulty . The 1st replacement became faulty after less than 2 weeks.

It will be good that the 2nd set comes with the UK plug adaptor to determine this adaptor might be a cause of failure.

Albeit early days, once received, products are of good quality and perform as advertised. Have been able to enjoy the benefits of the portable, reliable and renewable power

Amazing support, my Passport III didn't arrive because of Royal Mail's dodgy package acknowledgment, Zendure helped ship my replacement, the Passport III works great, fast charging and nice to have so many ports.

Really happy with both the product and customer service. As a frequent international traveler -- splitting my time primarily between Europe and the USA -- having a compact, powerful travel charger is incredibly valuable. Their customer success was also very responsive when I had an issue.

I received a product I had funded on KickStarter. Sadly it didn't work perfectly, which happens, so I contacted the support team.

They were VERY quick to respond and attentive, and after I sent them evidence of the issue, they sent me a replacement unbelieveably quickly.

If only all customer service was this good, thank you!

Great quality product and excellent product support rarely seen nowadays.

I had a superport S4 that has been amazing over the last couple of years. After a while the front came off, but I honestly felt that I got so much use from it, that I would try and buy a new one. I wasn’t able to find it for sale in the US. I reached out to the customer service sharing my issue, and they were extremely helpful and backed the quality of their product.

Had a quick question which was resolved very promptly by Leon. Did eventually purchase from the company's website (incidentally the 2 items I bought was MILES cheaper than what major retailers were selling it for). Both arrived today, which shocked me (because I did not get a delivery notice through email) - took only 4 business days from purchase to delivery.

Would recommend 100%!

Super responsive and helpful support when I had a small problem.

I actually received a faulty product, these things happen, but the Creator was quick to rectify the matter. The new product works perfectly well, and chargers quicker than my other multi use plug.

Ordered zendure passport charger and freight company never attempted delivery and returned parcel. I contacted Zendure Support and they quickly got my order reshipped.

I find the passport iii to be of top quality and has a variety of uses both at home and while travelling.
