Quick delivery and brilliant pre- and post-sales customer care if there are questions. The power station itself is easy to use, I've tested it with my kitchen equipment and everything was working.

Ordered the SuperMini GO in Sunset Cyan; lovely blend of cute innovation and powerful battery bank. Charging time seemed to lag significantly, so reached out to team Zendure and both Jamie/Grace helped me to troubleshoot the issue before sending out a replacement. Item arrived and now works perfectly, so nothing but high praise for the quick resolution and positive experience. Thanks guys ^_^

I have a Passport Pro II with the superfast charging function out of order after 10 months of good use. Upon contacting service, Zendure walked me through diagnostics patiently and when they determined that the device was not repairable, they sent me a replacement immediately.

I received the passport 30W travel adapter and I can say it will be very useful for my travels. It will work all over the world no problem. Also, it charges directly with a usb c wnd usb b.

The power bank mini is very nice and compact. I keep it on me everyday.

The power bank looked interesting. I ordered it and received it. But there was no response on the screen when hitting the button. It charged fine but was flaky. Zendure support worked with me to understand the issue and they sent out a replacement fairly quickly. I have used the new one and it has proven quite useful so far.

I have supported them since kick starter. I had small issues with the charger. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with highly recommend!!

It took quite a while to get my 2 units of SuperBase Pro 1500 delivered. But Zendure staff did keep in touch and provided updates (with the exception of one period where no news were available). The 2 units have now arrived in Switzerland and are already in use. They work very well. Setup of the app access was easy. Build quality looks very promising. Let's hope I can benefit from these 2 large solar generators for some time.

I have used the Zendure charging blocks for many years. My last one was a few years old and working fine, but I managed to lose it so was glad to see the same model was still available and with free delivery! Glad to have my replacement unit quickly delivered.

Support quickly addressed my concerns with a defective product. Great experience overall.

Zendure accidently sent me four of five items; and when I brought it their attention I received the missing item by Fedex. Great customer service.

I had a issue in the item and when I reported them, they replied me they will replace the item and will refund value of a discount code I didn't used it!

I ordered the Passport III from Zendure on Kickstarter. The tracking number said it was delivered in May but I never received it. I emailed Zendure in August and I received it in less than a month.

I had problems connecting the mini to my iPhone, Grace was very prompt and very helpful; problem resplved.

I ordered their multi-regional 65W plug. Works amazing! I ordered with a looming trip coming and the plug arrived in only a few days in time for my trip. Customer service was exceptionally helpful tracking it for me every step of the way to make sure it arrived on time for my trip. Amazing product and amazing customer support!

After a little more than one year, the power Bank 20k mah get warm in stby near the usb port and the led power indicator doesn't work with usb-b.
Jamie was so kind and drove me to the solution with some tricks to resume the full power and the full working of the battery.

Excellent support and service in every way. I had a complex need, solution was urgent due to pending travel, then I managed to order the wrong version of the SuperTank. Not once did I have to communicate with a chatbot or get lost in a call center maze. Selma, who I worked with in Zendure Support, is knowledgeable, patient, and effective. She communicates options clearly and finds solutions. That seems to be at the heart of Zendure’s company philosophy.

Ordered a passport III via zendure , unfortunately it didn't get delivered to me. Fortunately support helped me out and got me an replacement!

Bought multiple products through Kickstarter and am happy with product build quality and performance! Recently had an issue with the Superport S4 and reached out to customer support.

Support was responsive and corrective action to solve my issue was fast! So happy to receive a new S4 to replace the one I currently own. The universal adapter kit was left out, but the support team was kind enough to send another parcel with the kit I need!
