I made a business account
I made a business account, I received the card at the business address, when I go to my account to add the card, my account is blocked, I wrote to them by email, they replied that the email is not secure, to call them, maybe I don't want to talk on the phone, what is written stays written in case you didn't know
The worst part is that I also experienced emails like: your account is ready for payment, a joke of course, it is blocked

of course they asked for the details in trustpilot, don't think for a second that anything will be resolved, this is just for the world to see that they responded, they don't even care about the users, this zempler, in fact most banks in the UK simply block accounts without any explanation, this needs to change and these people need to be held accountable, in my opinion they should be put straight in jail

exactly what I said the day before, a so-called "business decision", they have no idea what planet they are on, they send the card to the address, I pick it up and then the account is blocked, what kind of business are you running? a fraudulent one where you steal registration data, I don't see any other business
