I would like to give this a minus score if I could.
I have been done by fraud with this bank credit card with Bolt. EU 3 times now and reported on all 3 occasions.
Asked to speak to a manager and they never get back to you.
Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid at all costs
What can I say about this bank! Terrible, and avoid at all costs! we own 2 business accounts with them. The 1st bank account recieved payment restrictions within 2 weeks, the other recieved the same 6 weeks later. 2 months down the line they finally requested ID. 1 business was approved with a driving licence having a different address, the 2nd business wasn't......which I'm told its part of their policy that the driving license has to be registered in the same application address, which is understandable but that being said you already approved the other business account!
Let's add that upon opening these bank accounts its taking 2 month to actually verify who we are, how is that responsible banking! And its worrying that scammers can open accounts with you and it takes this long to actually verify who they are! I'm also formulating the FOS
