Not a very pleasant experience and deceived!

I purchased Zeiss Conquest HD 10x40 binoculars from a reputable supplier in U.K. with the Zeiss winter promotion which offered a cash back of £135.00 or €150.00. I made the claim as required and received £82.32. I contacted Zeiss and was told the offer was €100.00 and it has never changed since it was started implying I was either stupid or lying! I have screenshots of the winter offer when I purchased my binoculars and it’s still showing cash back of £135.00!
I also have screenshots of the Zeiss U.K.page showing £135.00 cash back! The Zeiss person who I dealt with has not replied to my further contact and I honestly thought that Zeiss were a reputable company but I am left very disappointed with their attitude. I have also contacted the U.K. store who sold the binoculars for clarification and await their reply but this really has been a poor experience!
