Everything went wrong!

The reaction here came after a few minutes to my negative review. However, if you have a serious problem, the response time will take 2-3 days. This shows where the priorities are set here. You can make up your own mind, but you will quickly regret it. If I'm unlucky, you'll already have so many bad reviews and such a bad reputation that it can't be saved. I am not one to rate sites or products. Never! But here it's really necessary because I think it would be a shame if they did your job so poorly.

Dosen't believe their answer. I just didn't forward the complaints because the response time takes forever and it's bad for business to have to wait so long. I simply refunded the customers their money to avoid even more stress! When you get an answer, it's usually not particularly helpful. In some cases, delivery to Germany took 3 weeks. You can choose a provider from the USA with high-quality products.

Now I also have to criticize the products themselves that have been received by customers.

Wrong socks sizes, wrong colors and completely wrong patterns. I have an incredible amount of complaints, bad reviews and returns.

A lot of work was now in vain and my shop is now on the brink because of you.

I have never seen a provider do such dubious and poor work.

So many customers don't have a Christmas present because of Hoplix. I can no longer express my anger and disappointment with Hoplix in words. Just stay away from it and look for other providers if you don't want to be confronted with complaints and problems every day.

You should actually report Hoplix for this type of service!

After reviewing your orders, we found that all products were shipped promptly, and the majority of them have already been delivered to your customers. This means that most of the Christmas gifts are safely on their way or already in their recipients' hands.

Since we manufacture our products in Italy, it’s possible that shipping times to distant countries may take longer than expected during this busy holiday season. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we are actively working to address this issue and aim to collaborate with a new European shipping provider by 2025. In the meantime, we also offer an express shipping service through UPS, ensuring delivery within 48–76 hours across Europe, which you may find helpful for urgent orders.

Regarding the reported errors, out of over 110 orders processed, we have only received one request about an incorrect product. This item was reprinted and reshipped at our expense. A less than 1% error rate is within industry standards for on-demand printing, especially during such an intense period.

Orders are constantly 1-2 weeks delayed, shipping label errors and wrong tracking numbers

Orders are constantly 1-2 weeks delayed sitting in shippers warehouse before dispatching, slow customer service, quality is subpar.

Tracked shipping in EU promised to deliver in 3-5 days, in reality 3 weeks is closer to the truth.

Edit: I do not speak Italian, please reply in English. Your website promises 3-5 days delivery in EU. Either update it or admit your mistake. I have countless of orders to prove this.

In addition, this company has sent me wrong tracking numbers many times, and they are printing false phone numbers on the shipping labels, causing issues with customers receiving packages. So many issues in the backend.

Ci spiace di non averle offerto un servizio di suo gradimento.
Abbiamo stampato e spedito ogni suo ordine in 1-2 giorni.
Ma noi produciamo in Italia e purtroppo la sede di destinazione dei suoi ordini è molto lontana (Finlandia) per questo motivo le spedizioni hanno richiesto più tempo del previsto, ma questo problema non è dovuto direttamente a noi ma al partner di spedizione che ci ha fornito indicazione errate.
Ci stiamo già operando per trovare un nuovo partner di spedizione per la Finlandia, ci scusi per eventuale disagio arrecato.
