Can’t complain, they were able to help me with my issue they were on time , what I don’t understand is that if a car is not moving why they sensor still recording as I am driving the car. They should fix that’s part, apart from that Jemma was able to help me today, to solve things out.

I was disappointed to discover only after purchasing the policy that it required constant location tracking, motion access, and “Always Allow” permissions through the Zego Sense app.
I carefully read the policy details multiple times before paying, but I did not feel this requirement was made clear enough during the purchase process.
I understand telematics policies exist, but a requirement that could potentially lead to policy cancellation should be far more visible and clearly explained before payment is taken.
Customers should also be aware that disabling these permissions may affect policy validity and could potentially lead to warnings, additional charges, or cancellation of the policy.
I raised my concerns with customer support and explained that I genuinely was not aware of these requirements beforehand. While the staff member was polite, unfortunately no refund, goodwill gesture, or alternative non-telematics option was offered.
I was also informed that even cancelling the policy immediately would not result in any refund because the 30-day policy had already started.
Transparency before purchase is extremely important for insurance products, especially when sensitive permissions such as constant tracking and motion monitoring are mandatory.
This experience left me feeling misled, disappointed, and frustrated.
