Abrupt Ending: The video cuts off poorly at the very end, catching the spokesperson with their mouth still open. It feels a bit jarring and takes away from the otherwise professional feel of the video.
Feedback for the business:
I highly recommend doing a quick re-edit to trim the final few frames. A cleaner cut, a pause, or a proper fade-out right after the spokesperson finishes speaking would easily bump this up to a 5-star piece of content. Overall, great messaging, it just needs a minor technical tweak to stick the landing!

This is such a scam. When you don’t really know what you’re doing and you decide to wait to create something, they wipe your credits, the ones you paid for clean off your profile every month. So if you had 10,000 unused credits. All gone. Poof like you never had them. What a joke! I’m never using this platform again.

My experience with this app was very disappointing.
The app has too many limitations when creating ads. The videos look too commercial, like magazine billboards, and don’t feel like content that would actually attract real buyers.
Most of the content uses the same templates — it only changes the product image. I couldn’t use most of the videos created because they didn’t suit my brand or products.
I was quoted $29 for 4 weeks, but I ended up being charged two different amounts: $43.37 and $58.67. For only two ad videos that I wasn’t happy with, I feel this was not good value at all.
I had to cancel my card because I was concerned about continuing charges for a service I was no longer using. I deleted the app.
Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The ads are deceptive
The ads are deceptive. I used the video ad creator and had some issues with pronunciation that were frustrating. I did everything that support suggested, burning up credits for each iteration. I downloaded the video and fixed it on another platform then tried to upload it to Zeely use in an ad campaign. Turns out I can’t. Wasted all those credits to fix it, reached out to support to upload a good video that they helped create and now I can’t even use it. Frustrating! There are other ways to promote your e-book. Save your money!
