Zeely is not worth the time or money.
Zeely appears to be structured to deduct the max number of credits as quickly as possible. I asked for a simple mod to an image ("Add the .png file from my assets and DO NOT change it before adding.") What happens? 5 versions, and 5 charges, where the file was changed to something unrecognizable. Now all 5 results are useless.

Zeely was a mixed experience
Zeely was a mixed experience, but the final result was excellent. The first ads contained mistakes, and the images did not accurately represent my book, characters, or story. The biggest frustration was that I could not refine the prompts or directly correct those details, so I had limited control over how my material was portrayed.
That said, the final generated ad absolutely nailed it. It captured the right tone, emotion, and audience for my book and felt polished, professional, and marketable. I would love to see Zeely offer more prompt-editing and revision options, but I was very pleased with the final ad.

Worst customers service I have ever received I payed for a description and a transaction for a booster I did not purchase also came out, I alerted customer service straight away which they first told me there is no payment from me so I sent screenshots as proof,I spoke to over 5 employees because they kept leaving the chat and the issue has still not been resolved. It was my first day of purchasing from an ad I saw on instagram and this is how there dealing with the issue so disappointed
