The T-shirt arrived with a faded print, which didn't match the description on the Website. I wanted to return it, bit the high return costs to UK prevented me from doing so. Disappointing both in terms of product quality and return policy.

Do not order Lego from Zavvi.
My lego set i ordered from Zavvi was battered upon delivery, so much so that the tape holding the box closed had failed, the box was free to move inside a much larger box with no padding meaning that the box had been dented badly in transit.
If this were a gift i’d be demanding a full refund, as it’s for building i will keep the set but please be warned if buying as a gift they take no care in packaging.

I use Zavvi regularly for my movie purchases
Relatively easy to navigate the site, easy to order and cancel items if necessary.
Good communications and very efficient delivery. Packaging now quite up to a standard to ensure no damage during shipping.
Returns unnecessarily complicated as no contact number available for return recipient - a mandatory requirement for Swiss customs clearance.

Long shipping time (two weeks).
Bought two shirts, same brand and same size: 5cm difference!!
After asking for an exchange to a bigger size (with foto) they declined and only offered to send all articles back. Disappointing experience.

Color gone - after first wash
I bought a hoodie with a “Minnie Mouse” motif and after the first wash (delicate wash, 30 degrees, inside out) the colors - especially the black - are already as washed out as if the hoodie was several years old.
Very annoying.
