Fault pen and bend needle was shipped to me. It became a back and forth issue for many days to get a replacement. Many of the customer service advisers were either insensitive or clueless.

Delivery options poor
Initially seemed a good service , quick and thorough.
Main concern was delivery of medication, incorrect delivery, medication returned to base and I was still charged full price.
