Did not send correct volume meditation; unwilling to help until I pay more
Hi there, I ordered and paid for 30grms of medication on the Zavamed website.
When I received my order, I received 5grms. I notified Zavamed and was told that 30grms volume was not available but I could have 5 x 5grms. I queried what happened to the remaining 5grms and was told that it was a website error.
I ask them to send the balance of my order, and NOW I have just been sent a link to pay again. What Zavamed wants me to pay for now I do not know.
All I want is what I have paid for, but unfortunately this seem beyond Zavamed's capabilities.
