More expensive than U.K.
Very expensive treatment, compared to the U.K. and I didn’t get any needles, swabs or a sharps box included. I had to but those separately! Not great overall.

I was extremely disappointed to have my prescription request rejected without any proper explanation. I have a personal history of prediabetes, and both my mother and brother have type 2 prediabetes. This is a serious concern in my family. I’ve had prediabetes in the past, and I was hoping to prevent it from worsening, but this program simply dismissed my case without consideration. It feels careless and dismissive. A program that claims to support health and prevention should take these factors seriously and at least provide clear reasons for rejection. This experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the credibility of this service.

Bedauerlicherweise unterliegt unser Ärzteteam hier bei ZAVA sehr strengen medizinischen Richtlinien.
Als Online-Arztpraxis spezialisieren wir uns auf bestimmte Behandlungsfelder, die sich sicher aus der Ferne behandeln lassen.
In diversen Fällen sind unsere Ärzte nicht befugt, Medikamente zu verschreiben, selbst, wenn wir wissen, dass die Einnahme mit dem behandelnden Arzt abgesprochen ist und das sogar nachgewiesen werden kann.
Es ist nicht so, dass wir Ihren Aussagen keinen Glauben schenken, aber unsere Ärzte müssen sich an deren Auflagen halten.
Es tut uns ausgesprochen leid, dass diese Regelungen bei Ihrer Bestellanfrage zu einer Ablehnung führten.

Problematic delivery
It took 10 days from order to delivery. The delivery was frustrating - I wasted a week sitting at home. Delivery company reported false information (lies) that no one at home etc. The replies from Zava support where sporadic - form fast to absent at all. Finally received, but stressed of missing my dose and frustrating delivery after paing more than 500 euro for medication.
Generally, Zava itself is not so bad and might be convenient, but I suggest not to use thermomed delivery, but probably opt for the pickup or getting only a prescription.
The second delivery was smooth. It's rather German thing that courriers do not communicate and you have to wait all day
