Uncommunicative and Failed to Deliver
I ordered a product for $700+ that was listed as "IN STOCK" and "Ships in 3-7 days" on their website. Two days later, the order status was listed as "awaiting payment." I emailed and called, and received no response. I continued to email and call daily with no response. I missed a call and received a voicemail yesterday, five days after my order, from someone who said they needed to speak with me about my order. I called multiple times and left several message with no response. Then today, six days after my order, my order status changed to "Cancelled" with no explanation or notification. I emailed regarding the change and eventually received an email that they were "alerted by their supplier that the product was unavailable." They said they refunded my card, and I confirmed that the charge was removed, so at least that is good. So they held my money for six days and didn't contact their supplier to order the product for 5 business days. Not cool. Also, the product still shows as "IN STOCK" on the website. I ended up ordering the bed from another company, who immediately confirmed the bed was still available from the supplier. Definitely will not be using this company again.
