Nice Selection but...
sales practices are a little sketchy. The MSRP they list on their website for comparison to the "awesome" price they offer is inflated...I have found the exact same items, same finish, same manufacturer, on Wayfair and other sites for about the same price, but with the TRUE "compare to" price listed and it's significantly less.
They also present things oddly, like a set of 2 of something (i.e., counter stools), sold ONLY as a set, with the price shown for 1. At checkout, you see a quantity of 2...2 stools? 2 sets? and the price is doubled. This is a weird practice I've never seen anyone else use, very deceptive...it resulted in my getting 2 (1 set) of what I ordered...when I realized and tried to order 2 more ( 1 set, and $20 more than the first set), they were out of stock (charged my credit card, though, for these "backordered" items)...and the expected to ship date has changed now 4 times. IF they come when they have now told me they will, I will have paid for them 8 weeks before shipping. That's a long time in advance to have to pay for something. Their customer service department is impossible to reach by phone. You get an endless loop of phone menu options and finally disconnected. To top it off, during your extended wait time, you will be told to click on the "My Account" link on their homepage: There isn't one.
