Extremely disappointing first experience with Zalando Lounge
As a loyal and frequent customer of Zalando SE, I have always been highly satisfied with their service. Zalando SE offers high-quality products at great prices, incredibly fast shipping, free delivery options, and the convenience of using Klarna. Furthermore, their return system is seamless and user-friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience with Zalando Lounge has been the exact opposite:
Shipping: The delivery was very slow and expensive.
Delivery Issues: Despite requesting home delivery, my package was sent to a distant pickup point, causing me significant inconvenience.
Complicated Returns: I want to return an item, but your system is frustratingly difficult to use. Requiring customers to print labels and return forms is outdated. Not every household owns a printer, and this creates an unnecessary barrier.
