Please do your wallet a favor AND AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

Back when I first purchased something from here, I didn’t question if they were trustworthy or not since it was “by Zalando”.
Worst choice ever.
I do not want to write a ragey review, but it is true that i had a super bad experience not just delivery wise, but assistance wise too.
I spent lots of money (maybe this was my mistake, too risky of me) and then I received all the ordinary emails about the updates (dispatch, shipment, delivery, etc…) so i thought everything was going smoothly. Then, on the supposed day of delivery (as Amazon Shipping said through an email), I didn’t receive anything. I was not concerned, because these things happen. I contacted the assistance and at first I thought it was good: a kind woman email me back saying what I had to do: wait 48hrs since the supposed delivery since sometimes there are timing mismatches between zalando and amazon, and to fill a document in case after this time I did not receive the parcel yet. As you might think, that was happened: I didn’t receive anything in the next two days.
That’s where everything worsened.
I sent an email to the kind woman (as she told me to do) by replying to her email from when she emailed me back. After a few minutes I immediately received a suspicious reply: which it was because it was an automatic email saying “we are no longer available on this address “. If the thing stopped here ending nicely, I would have given three stars. Because mistakes happens, but when you cannot even deal with them, it is a serious matter. And from the other reviews I see this is a common pattern of them.
By the way, I tried to reach them out multiple times but with the same ending. On the fourth time i contacted the Zalando service itself by writing everything in a single email plus the document the first assistant sent me.
Finally I got my refund back.
If i didn’t have to contact them a total of 4 times in a single day, I would have given 2 stars because at least i got my money back, but like this I think they did not deserve them.

PLEASE AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS (literally not just a pun)

Constantly defective items or wrong size

I have been using Zalando Lounge for more than 6 years. However, during last six months they are sending items that are damaged or in wrong size, and if you report it you get a generic answer: we are sorry, there is nothing we can do. There is no accountability for their errors, while customers spend a lot of time ordering, waiting and then returning the product. Stay away from Zalando Lounge.

Totally unprofessional store that…

Totally unprofessional store that promotes cheaper products than the mother store Zalando. When you order they cancel due to that they run out of stock, but they seo the same product for a higher prive in mother store. Its the first time I have experienced cancelation an poor CS from any mayor online sales stores like this. Stay away!!!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service , order not delivered on time, keep shifting delivery dates, when i spoke to customer care, every time they speak differently .. they don't care for customer satisfaction for sure.. very rude in answering your queries.. horrible..

AVOID BEING SCAMMED

Having waited weeks for an order to be delivered and several contacts requesting a refund. They just ignore the request. Fortunately we have legislation in the UK to protect consumers. Use section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974,when paying by credit card to start the long process of gaining justice from this company.

Unfortunately Zalando is taking money…

Unfortunately Zalando is taking money illegally from customer's bank account, and they will never reply to you.

Yesterday, I was charged out of nowhere 120 Euro and nobody is replying why, and if I ever get my money back.

Sh*t product - no support

2 pairs of Redbull sunglasses started to peel off the protective layer after less then a year of regular wear.
Risk of damaging the sight.

The worst customer service they only have an email as contact!

I've returned an order and apparently they couldn't find it and no refund received!

This company should not be trading…

This company should not be trading honestly- if you are a prospective buyer- I would genuinely honestly tell you to stay clear of this company!
There are company zalando is even worse.
I placed an order - evri courier delivered item to a recycle bin - no picture evidence of item inside the bin- I live on main road right in front of of a bus stop- item could not be found after 14 days of back and forth. They declined refund- even evri says they should refund me but they refused. PayPal are also inept as they sided with zalando lounge even with clear evidence. If you want peace of mind and your money stay away. I have lost £158.90

Avoid.

Ordered two pairs of trainers. One pair they sent wrong size. Sent them back but still had to pay postage, The other pair never arrived, The training shoes were over £100 but never came. Just told me to be patent. Still not recieved them after two week,

No parcel and no refund

The parcel has not been received but Zalando Lounge refused refund as the parcel had been delivered. Unfortunately the parcel has been delivered somewhere else (Evri!). The proof of delivery clearly shows some random corridor, full of misdelivered parcels. No parcel and no refund.

Zalando is unable to keep their…

Zalando is unable to keep their promises. Quality of the clothes gowning down day by day. They are selling very low quality clothes. Last month I have ordered 3 trousers. Everything is looking good outside. But inside is very low quality wools. Every time you put it on and off, the floor is full of wools. I have washed it several times and it's the same. Even though I am unable to return those as it's written there, "Return is not possible for these products". Off course, because you know that already those are low quality products 👏👏👏

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE.

I paid by wire transfer via a Polish website. They claim they haven't received my payment, but I have sent them the bank slips as proof. It seems they don't care and have taken my money without resolving the issue.

Awful experience

I recently had very bad experience with Zalando Lounge, and I wouldn't even want to give one star, but there's no such option. I returned two items for £150.90, got a notification that the items was received by seller, but it's been over 40 days, and I still haven't received the refund. They keep telling me to wait, and sometimes don't even respond to my message. Very poor customer service. I used to be a loyal customer for many years, and they had contact phone number, but not anymore, the communication is only through messages. If you're ready to lose your money, welcome! This case has spoken volumes, and I'm unlikely to make any more purchase from them. I continue to fight for my money. They should be very ashamed of treating customers like this.

Addition 14.12.2023: Added two stars as I finally received a full refund, thanks to Zalando Lounge, although it took me a lot of time and effort.

I would recommend improving the customer service and changing the delivery boxes; they often arrive damage and open.
