Kept informed by messages as to what time he would be arriving. Turned up and the problem of lights fusing had stopped. He still did a thorough investigation to try and work out why the issue had happened. Very helpful.

I am a small business in Burgess Hill that required an electrical safety review, related remedial work and also other smaller jobs that came up during the process - I found Dune McDonald and his team to be highly responsive, prompt and extremely tidy. Most importantly they are clearly very knowledgeable about the latest regulations, meticulous, thorough and at no time did I feel I was being encouraged to spend more than I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone, either a business or domestic.

Had an electrical problem so phoned this company to request a callout. They were able to advise me how to resolve the issue over the phone in the space of 5 minutes. Other companies i'm sure would have sent someone round and charged me for the privilege. 2nd time i've used this company and both times i've thought what a great and honest service they provide.

Always very reliable and does a great job. Most recent issue resolved after another sparkie said it wasn’t possible to repair faulty BluetoothHiFi/LED switch within a bathroom mirror. After learning Warranty had expired and BathStore had gone bust other sparkie suggested use mirror as mirror only, or “Skip-it” Dune fixed it. Can’t recommend highly enough.
