When a bill looks to be as it usually is, and then there is a massive hike in usage, it should be easy to think, this doesn't look right, let's check it BEFORE sending it out,
My experience has meant an inordinate amount of usage in ONE DAY - more than a week's normal usage was sent out giving me a bill of almost 4 times my usual monthly bill I have reported it and as such nothing has been found, yet I do expect the excessive amount will be taken which should be stopped from being called until the bill is more as it should be.

The customer advisor was quick to help and ensure my query was investigated as well as obtain information whilst on the call which meant we got to a speedier resolution. All details were provided within ten minutes of the phone call which helps massively given the complex nature of the query.

One star lost due to the customer portal not allowing me to carry out a simple request myself. However when emailing customer services a polite, efficient customer services agent (Lauren) dealt with my request very well. A slight misunderstanding on info required, however when clarified Lauren rectified immediately. Great job Lauren. Thank you.

This company is one of the worst company's I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Our previous company had a bill of £2200 for gas,
We then created a new company and did a change of tenancy, they then billed the new company £5200 for that same period!
It took months for the change of tenancy to go through and 7 months just to get a final invoice, in that time we had to chase them multiple times by phone and by email.
They told us our pay as you go meter was paying off debt but then they said it wasn't, then they said we had £4000 credit then they said we didn't.
Because of the time its taken they have kept us in out of contract rates and not even offered us a new contract, they never explained how any of it would work or extra charges, we once rang them for a bill and they told us they cant provide one and sent us to YU energy, YU energy then told us they cant provide one and sent us back to Dyce energy!
We would be happy to settle the existing bill that we owed but instead they are clearly a deceptive company looking to make money from unsuspecting customers, Avoid like the plague!
