Spotify account disabled after 8months…

Spotify account disabled after 8months due to the account being purchased in a different country then where I'm listening from. z4keys reached out and offered several different solutions.

Good while it lasted

Good while it lasted, but Spotify have removed my premium account & put me on a free account as my IP address doesn't match the country in which it was paid for. AI answered my 1st 2 WhatsApp messages, but I haven't had a response from an actual person. Really disappointing 😔

Purchased Spotify but they're an issue

Purchased Spotify but they're an issue, now only ai answering my questions and it's been all day waiting to fix the problem. Plus the cost has gone up a lot. For a worse service

How am I supposed to upgrade to a new account when you won't answer my WhatsApp messages?

This person is no longer trusted

This person is no longer trusted, if anything goes wrong he ignore emails. Spotify lasted 5 months, no setting were changed and Spotify have removed our duo account and have now put us on the free version.

UPDATE AS OF 10/05/2026 REGARDING THE SELLERS REPLY:
I have emailed the seller countless times with receipt and hasn’t replied, he hasn’t replied to others too, please read other reviews.

Everything was fine until 2 days ago

Everything was fine until 2 days ago, when I got a message from Spotify saying I'm using Spotify in a different country to what I'm subscribed to! I've been in touch with Z4keys to be told I have to open up a new account because it's been compromised, (plus they have gone radio silent now)this is not an option because of all the music I have on Spotify plus my hundreds of liked songs and playlists. If you're not bothered in losing all your playlists then this is a good way to go, if you are, then stay away, it's not worth the hassle.

On the positive side, the subscription worked perfectly for 9 months. As we discussed, I offered either a refund for the remaining 3 months or an upgrade to a different account as a replacement for those 3 months, so you would only pay for the period you actually used.

Additionally, there are many websites and apps that allow users to transfer playlists easily to another account. You could simply copy your playlists, and I would upgrade the new account for you.

This solution is simple and fair, especially considering the price, but you chose not to make any effort toward it.

My subscription has still not been…

My subscription has still not been activated. It has been more than four days since the payment was made, and despite repeatedly following up, I have not received any response from customer support.

This experience has been very disappointing. As a paying customer, I expected timely activation of the service or at least a prompt response from the support team to address the issue. Unfortunately, neither has happened so far.

Had a few problems getting started up but with some help and assistance got my subscription up and going. Absolutely amazing, simply get in touch with the company and get support when required. I will definitely be continuing my subscription.

Excellent Service
Received Constant Communication, had a very Short Set up time and very clear Instruction.
Like to thank the team very much set up an initial Trial just to be Cautious so far Very Happy will be Extending if still OK when the Subscription is up for Renewal.
