Order never received, not reimbursed

I ordered only once from them 2 years ago. Never received my order. After a month I contacted the customer service and they were supposed to handle it. They then sent me a package with only a part of my order and an invoice to pay for the "new" order I never placed. After a lot of fuss with customer service they sent me another package also with a partial order and another invoice I had to pay plus a voucher (!) for only a partial amount from what I originally paid that I could only spend with them again... No actual reimbursement. Never shopped through the website again. Customer service is a total mess.
