Uswitch help me to review my utility costs which made me a saving from using Utility Warehouse which I always consider good value but were charging me more than 30% than my new supplier, the service was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, a big thanks to Uswitch. Very misleading offers, tons of hidden costs. With uswitch it is impossible to get an unbiased option to switch.
No setup fees, then I find a £60 upfront cost to switch.

Premium Rate phone number excessive charges.
USWITCH used a premium rate 08451110093 to redirect my sales query to Plusnet. It cost me £11.69 for a 16 min phone call. No warning on their site as to it being premium rate. I contacted Plusnet and they were apologetic but, informed me that ''USWITCH are able to use redirect numbers and make a profit while doing so''. Very sharp practice. Beware and avoid.
Switching energy supplier
Theresa (hope I've spelt your name correctly) was wonderful today; very professional and informative and guided me effortless through the potential minefield of switching energy suppliers. I've switched tarrifs before but never suppliers and thought it was going to be very complicated but not at all; Theresa made it very simple. I got the supplier I wanted and saved over £200 annually as well. Can't say better than that. Thanks Theresa for being so friendly and pleasant and for making it so painless.
