1 star too many! Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I approached them when moving house, I didn’t get a response for four weeks!
I have since received an automated email to say they will be switching my provider. Not a service I have asked for!
I have asked for my details to be removed from the database, a week ago now. Three emails from three separate people and they are still not removing my details, a complete breach of GDPR law.
I have now raised a complaint with the ombudsman to try and get this awful company to remove my information!
I’ll proactively going to be telling as many people as possible to steer well clear!

Having spent an afternoon re considering my energy tariff I was really pleased to be able to speak to a person. David was able to answer all my queries and explain the process of switching. Wondering what it entailed to change energy companies
I switched my account this morning. I was a little apprehensive as this was the 1st time I had done it (my husband died a couple of years ago and he had always negotiated our energy bills).
I was reassured by a gentleman who explained everything in detail and answered all my questions very patiently.
