Great company - would use again
Absolutely fantastic service from Your Ticket Genie. They were so helpful from start to finish and incredibly easy to communicate with. We were given great advice on the best days to book extra activities, which made planning our trip so much smoother.

I initially put the wrong date and needed to change. Ticket Genie were amazing and so helpful. They sorted everything and were so great and responded quickly. What a fabulous find for our trip to Orlando. The service was excellent and the transaction was done quickly. I have recently visited Orlando Florida…
I have recently visited Orlando Florida and used your ticket genie for our universal tickets. After so much research we decided to use ticket genie and did not regret it!
The website isn’t as fancy as all the others but the prices are cheaper and the customer service is second to none!!
I cannot stress how good they were, nothing was too much trouble. Tracy responded to any problems or questions I had within hours!!
Picking the tickets up at locations was seamless and stress free.
No matter what your looking for ticket genie will always come in cheaper! Why pay more when you’re also getting 5* customer service.
We are returning to Orlando in April 2027 and will be using their service again for sure!

Competitive, honest and reliable.
Absolutely fantastic company to deal with right from the off. We bought the 2 week Disney / Univesal ticket allowing unlimited entry to those parks for the duration of our stay.
Firstly the prices, they simply won't be beaten. Secondly the simple to follow instructions provided on how to use your voucher codes to collect the physical tickets at the parks/hotels. Finally the swift response to any questions or concerns we had via email prior to the holiday commencing. Customer care was impeccable.
In a nutshell I would not only recommend this company to strangers but to my closest friends and family. We WILL use myticketgenie.com before any other ticket supplier for any future Orlando holidays.
10/10 , A+ and 5+ Star service.

I had forgotten to take our tickets to Universal one day (for park to park on hogwarts express, nightmare) but I sent an email seeing if I could request my confirmation booking, and within minutes it was sent to me, with no problems at all, planning on going back next year and will definitely be using Genie again 😁😁😁

Best prices and great customer service
There are some slightly negative posts about Your Ticket Genie, but having just bought two tickets for Universal Orlando all parks at the most competitive prices I could find, there were no issues and I had exemplary customer service from Tracy and Daniel. Would highly recommend for the best value park tickets!

Tracy could not have helped me more with park tickets, hotel booking and car hire prices. She was practically instantly available for questions and provided detailed responses extremely quickly.
Booked Universal tickets and a Royal Pacific hotel stay - prices were the best available I could find anywhere. Absolutely no delays with accessing park tickets and hotel booking/checkin was seamless. Booking process was simple even for me!
I will be using Tracy and YourTicketGenie for future trips. Can not recommended strongly enough!
