The car was very good clean and nice the regency was very nice and helpful

Online check-in, hassle-free pick-up and drop-off, very, very friendly and competent staff! I'd love to come back again next week.

When I arrived the car type I ordered was not available so I was given a smaller car and told the rep would drive the larger car to me the next day. The next day I heard nothing by lunchtime so I called the number which was not working. Just an unavailable tone. So I had to drive the small car back myself wasting valuable time of my holiday. My villa was an hours drive each way! When I arrived the rep said they sacked the guy with the phone yesterday which seemed like a really poor excuse. No apology either!!! I collected the larger car which was fine. All in all I feel let down by your companies attitude and lack of professionalism. Add to that I wasted a half day of my short holiday. I feel like a partial refund would be in order

A easy 2 min walk from the airport. Our car was ready for us when we arrived, clean and comfortable. It all worked well.

We got a bad quality car with a constant service request, low pressure tires and a sound from the engine that should not be there. It didn’t feel safe. But we were not allowed to change the car.

The overall experience was great. The Staff were very helpful. We got the car on time.

The car was good and it all worked out for a really good price:
- at pick-up they told us that they expected us 10hrs later than booked and confirmed... but they got a car really quickly
- in the middle of summer, visiting beaches, lots of wind... the car gets really dirty; we got told off for that when returning the car; they expected us to wash the car... If so, they should tell you beforehand I guess... first time in 30 years of renting cars worldwide

Highly recommend Yours Cars in Chania!
The car was in great shape, very clean (around 30k km on it), and drove really well. Plus, the deposit was low and fair.
What blew us away was the incredible service. Unfortunately, someone hit our parked car and drove off while we were out. The lady at the desk was so sweet, calm, and patient, helping us get through all the stressful paperwork.
Because of all the forms, we were running super late and panicking about missing our flight. She literally drove us to the airport herself so we wouldn’t miss it!
I’ve never experienced this kind of kindness and real human help from a rental company. Thank you so much again! we will definitely rent from you guys next time we’re in Crete!

Everything went fine and the car met our expectations

A company with a strong service mindset, the staff were pleasant, nice, and welcoming.
Everything went very smoothly, the vehicle was clean and spacious, exactly as ordered and to our complete satisfaction.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had and I rent cars about about five times per year. First of all they don’t put a block on your credit card like most car rental companies, they actually take the money off the credit card for the deposit. In my case, this was €900 and because my credit card is not a euro card I was charged a 3% foreign transaction fee (about £24) if that wasn’t frustrating enough whenever they returned the money at the end of the trip my credit card company Charged a foreign transaction fee again for receiving money in euros. Another £24. So this essentially added nearly £50 onto my rental that was a completely hidden charge that I couldn’t reasonably have expected. I expressed my disappointment to the agent at the rental company about this process.

My second complaint is more personal preference, but the Car that they gave us which was a fiat panda was awful. Although it was a relatively new car, the air-conditioning was completely inadequate and we had to have it on maximum setting the whole holiday just in order to not boil in the car. Additionally, it had awful power. The roads and motorways in Kalamata can be inclined and the car would just not maintain speed on the motorway when going up any kind of gradient at all. It needed to be in about fourth gear with the foot full to the floor and high RPMs just to maintain 60 mph on the motorway.. Again, I want to be fair to the rental company because it’s not that the car was in bad condition. It’s just that the car that they chose to use as their rental car is not a good one, but I do acknowledge that this seems to be a popular car in Greece.

The third and final point I would like to raise is how disappointed I was in the rental agent’s attitude. When I rented the vehicle, I complained about the air-conditioning and he didn’t pay much attention to my complaint just informing me that it would be fine. He also tried to get me to sign for the condition of the vehicle on pick up without having inspected it, which is ironic given that when I dropped off the vehicle he went over it with a fine tooth comb and being someone that has rented many many cars from companies, I have never before been given the impression that someone was actively trying to find a way to penalise me until dropping off the car to this guy. He was really trying hard to find scratches to charge me for and kept deliberating over things like residues from filling up fuel which is just ridiculous and absurd.

I would estimate that I have rented a car over 50 times from rental companies and I can undoubtably say that this is the worst company I have ever come across by a wide margin please avoid them and if you’re coming from the UK just consider that you will have to pay about an extra £50 in card charges anyway so you might as well go for a better company

Both the rental agreement and the voucher clearly stated that we should wait at the designated meeting point, where a shuttle would pick us up and take us to the car rental office.

We waited for an hour and a half, moving from one meeting point to another, but nobody came to pick us up. There was no phone number provided that we could use to contact the company, not even through WhatsApp, which was especially important because we did not have a local SIM card at the time.

Shuttles from other car rental companies kept arriving, but ours never did. Nobody at the airport knew how to help us.

In the end, we had no choice but to take a taxi. After considerable difficulty finding the correct address and showing it to the taxi driver, we paid €20 out of our own pocket and finally reached the rental office.

To make matters worse, the company’s staff did not even apologize. Instead, they acted as if the situation was our fault and claimed that we should have informed them when we were arriving and where to meet us. However, my reservation was made through Booking, and the rental agreement clearly included the details of our arrival, including the date, time, and airport where we would be landing.

Unfortunately, our trip began with great disappointment, unnecessary stress, and wasted time and energy.

In fact everything was perfect! Especially the people at the service desk, very freindly! Thank you! BUT: What was new for me (and I didn't know and was not informed) that even if there are a kind of scartches on the bottom of the car, that one should take fotos of this... I didn´t and had to pay for that,even if I had definitiv no situation to damage the care. not fine.

We reserved a car via lastminute.com to rent a car in Athens. It was very unclear where to wait for the driver. We had to make 2 phone calls. In the wnd we waited one hour for a company that was a 5 min drive away. The procedure took very long and in the end we were downgraded a car from 5 to 3 doors with the argument that it was more expensive. The car itself was fine. Procedure back to the airport was the same with long waiting time and very angry customers. Never book here again!
