Excellent service .. Fast response , very Knowledgeable and good price . Called Pest Assassin as found a hole in property , within a couple of hours John came round to identify the problem.He was extremely reassuring talking me through the whole process , the rat treatment was started immediately. John was very reliable.. he was always on time and kept me upto date with the whole process . Within a few days the problem was solved .The exterior brickwork on my property was also thoroughly checked by John for any gaps/holes that could have led to entry and he repaired and proofed both outside and in. Delighted with the service .... Highly recommended Pest Assassin.

I phoned John from Pest Assassin and within the hour he came to clear the wasp nest. I been out this morning to see if there was any more wasps and not a one!

Very good service. Arrived on time for each of several visits. Provided a full explanation of what was required a nd a breakdown of costs for each part of the process.

We found John to be very knowledgeable, explained everything to us so that we understood.

What a fantastic service from Deane. We found a wasp nest in our loft on a Saturday night. Rang Deane on the Sunday, he came out within a couple of hours and removed the wasp nest for us. Such a brilliant, prompt service at the weekend too. Can’t recommend him enough. Plus brilliant, reasonable price for doing so. Thanks Deane.

Pest Assassin were absolutely brilliant. The gentleman was able to attend within a couple of hours from my call. When he arrived he checked the reported wasp nest, explained what he would and got on with it. He successfully dealt with the nest within an hour from arrival. Given that the fee covered his travel, expertise, time and materials the fee was extremely reasonable.

“Your Pest Assassin” responded extremely quickly and dealt with our pest problem (a wasp nest) very professionally, and at reasonable cost.
Would recommend them highly for all types of “pest”’ problems.

Quick efficient removal of tree bees which were nesting in our bird box close to next door neighbours children's playhouse. No problems at all. Relieved that they are gone.

After receiving poor service from my local council, John came out ten minutes after calling to sort my serious pest problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and sorted my problem within two weeks. I would highly recommend for any pest problems. Not a one time visit, John came out on 3-4 times to make sure the problem had completely gone away. One refreshing point to add was the bill at the end was surprisingly cheap and John refused payment upfront twice, even though offered. Thanks again John and pest assassin.
