The tradesperson (Hanan) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He spotted the problem with my washing machine within ten seconds and fixed it straight away, but he still stayed for a while to make sure that everything was running smoothly. He also took the time to explain to me what the problem was, how to avoid it and what to watch out for next time. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent service. Let me know an hour or so before arrival, arrived as promised. Diagnosed and sorted the problem at the time. Very friendly and helpful.

Washing machine not spinning. Engineers visited within a few hours of calling. Both engineers were very professional and polite. Hanan tested the washing machine and explained issue. The cost of repair would probably be more than what the washing machine was worth. Appreciated the honesty and not pressured into having machine repaired.

A very polite chap came to sort out a flashing light on my dishwasher. But what I didn’t know was I had actually fixed it myself! Before he came! He explained that every thing I had done was correct. Wasted journey but very useful for next time. I would highly recommend his company if they are all as helpful as the chap who visited me.
