I honestly don’t know where to start! Your Mortgage People have worked wonders for myself and my wife. We had a very tricky case to navigate through but we got there in the end. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura Faithfulbowie. She responded to our queries and questions almost instantly. I’m not sure I’ll bother ever using any other mortgage advisor again. Hi Neal, we’re sorry to read your feedback but after reviewing your case, we cannot substantiate the issue.
Upon reviewing your case we can see you received communications from your advisor, the processor and the completions officer, all of whom introduced themselves to you either via a scripted telephone call or email, explaining what they are assisting you with. We believe each stage of the process requires a specialised member of staff in order for a remortgage to be as quick and efficient as possible which we would hope you can attest to given the quick turnaround time for your remortgage.
We can see you were kept well informed throughout the process, mostly receiving communication from the team within the same day or within our standard 48-hour turnaround time. There was a short period of a week in which there was no updates to give, however we can see that our staff informed you this would be the case prior.
Our service provided you with specialist advice, bespoke to your personal circumstances. As a whole of market broker, we have access to rates not available on the high street to find you the best rate possible and our dedicated team answered all questions and kept you updated at each stage of the process. As well as securing your mortgage offer, liaising with third parties and passing them information where possible, we managed your case from application to completion in time for your ERC in just over a 2-month turnaround.
Until receiving this review, we were unaware of any dissatisfaction regarding your experience, so are disappointed to see how you’ve rated us. However, we thank you for your business and wish you the best for the future.

I would just like to say having Your Mortgage People organise a mortgage for me and my wife has been a very positive experience. Mortgages can be very stressful to sort but it is fair to say Your Mortgage People took the stress away and were most helpful and kept us up to date as the process moved forward. Initially Mathew (sorry I can’t remember his sir name) started the mortgage process for us and then we dealt with Ben Bryant and Owen Miles towards the end. I cannot speak highly enough of how these guys treated us and how helpful and supportive they were during the mortgage application. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Mortgage People to anyone thinking of going for a mortgage. Thank you to James, Andrew and Owen for helping me achieve my remortgage for my renovations to a very loved Grade II listed Cottage.
