Shocking! Ordered a bracelet that said it was £349 down to £25 on wowcher it's the worst most cheap looking thing iv ever seen do not be taken in by these wowcher offers! Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves

Do not purchase anything from this company they rarely answer emails they are thoroughly dishonest and do not give refunds even after they have signed for receipt of your returned item.I will never purchase anything from this bunch of thieves again in my lifetime and will strongly dissuade anybody from doing any sort of business with them.

I too bought the Tennis bracelet through Wowcher believing that a company as big as Wowcher would surely have at least seen the product. It really was a Christmas cracker toy. Total waste of money.Surprise Surprise no contact details available to even try and return product

Bought what was sold as a blue sapphire ring in white gold it looked suspicious when it arrived in a plastic bag like a 20p sweet. Went to four well established jewellers and all said its cut glass on plated steel. Was sold to me on wowcher reduced from £289 to £19 thought I had a bargain, I've been told it's not worth £10. On contacting Your Ideal Gift they would not accept the return as it wasn't in the original plastic bag which you have to open to see the ring ?? All in all worst experience ever and when I questioned the policy on fakes they quickly cut contact with me !!!!!

I ordered a sapphire and white gold tennis bracelet through Wowcher. I paid £22. The description said it should have cost over £100. What arrived was a white gold plated bracelet with white crystal stones set in it. This was meant to be a present. I would feel ashamed to give it. It doesn't even look worth a tenner. Very difficult to get in touch with the company. I suppose I should have known it was too good to be true but I still feel cheated.

I have ordered 6 items and all are beautiful! All have the correct stamps/ markings on the gold and all are great quality, will definitely be buying again!

I ordered a gift off wowcher, the item I ordered didn't come but another item did. I instantly got in touch with your ideal gift, which was a little tricky but as soon as I did, there wasn't really any messing about , they sent the correct item 1st class, allowed me to keep the other item and included a lovely pair of earrings within my order. So thank you very much, I would use you in the future and recommend you.

I ordered 2 'white gold' bracelets costing £22 each (supposedly £200). Have received the most flimsy bracelets which look like children's cracker toys. I have just taken them to 2 reputable jewellers for valuation and been told I would be lucky to get £5 for them. Am absolutely furious. Do not use this company. Trading Standards are on to this as it really is disgraceful

Ordered a saphire pendant with earrings included on wowcher from £549 to only £ 29.99 (I should have known but I trusted wowcher on this one!) What arrived I would hardly spend £ 5 on at the Sunday market. No marks on the so called "gold plated" pendant and earrings and no certification...it seems quite like a nice organised burglary...I am making a complaint to Wowcher

After ordering with them ring with lab-made sapphire for 279£, made a fantastic discovery of same rings on e-bay at the price starting from 6.00 Euro to 20 Euros Max..

Waited 2 months and never received item.No attempt by them to explain why non delivery .DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM still awaiting refund!

They did not send my parcel, so I asked for this to be chased up, I was told they would send a second parcel this time recorded delivery, this was also not received and the tracking provided looks like the item was never even sent out in the first instance.

I have tried to accommodate the company and I have contacted my local sorting offices to be told that I have to contact the company directly.

I have now a thread of emails back and forth basically saying I have received the goods and they will not help in any way, they even had the audacity to blame my neighbours making it out they had stolen the parcel.

So now I am out of pocket, no goods to show of and being insulted too.

Please for the love of god, do not use this company.
