Very unpleasant experience – unfair business practices.
I placed order 03-505703 and paid the full amount shown on the website. After receiving payment confirmation, I was contacted and asked to pay an additional amount, claiming the product price had changed.
They requested the extra payment via direct bank transfer to a foreign IBAN account, instead of adjusting the order through their official checkout or any secure payment system.
Changing the price after a confirmed and paid order is unacceptable. This approach lacks transparency and puts customers at financial risk.
