I'll be honest

I'll be honest, speed and price is fantastic, couple of outages but the communication from YouFibre is brilliant, can't really say anything bad, brilliant all around

Communication Skills

when I first became a subscriber to (BRSK), in January 2026, The customer service was quite haphazard. But now with all services up and running the customer service now provided is much improved.
This was the case with the telephone problem I was experiencing. Glad to say that once reported the problem was dealt with in a professional and thoughtful manner by ANDILE. S and I am most grateful for the communication skills he applied.

Muppo was the very polite and…

Muppo was the very polite and professional engineer. He got all my devices working very quickly, and the internet speeds are amazingly fast compared to anything I've had before (I think it's going to cost me less too). Would definitely recommend

Great communication prompt arrival

Great communication prompt arrival. Tried very hard to iron out problems and when it became clear that the expected service was not going to result from the existing equipment it was replaced. Everything was tested until I was happy. Great service. Andrew is an asset to your organisation.

Ongoing issue with direct debit mandate!

Asavela was very helpful and thorough in our ongoing issues we have been having regarding our direct debit over the last 2 months. He reiterated that he would continue to check on this ongoing problem, ie, with the changeover from BRSK to You Fibre, and he said he would get back if there were any further issues with this direct debit mandate.

Would give 0 if it was an option…

Would give 0 if it was an option reported a problem this morning they apparently do know about a problem with cables outside there response was an engineer will visit on 4 th June. 7 days with no wifi when you work from home will put me out of business let alone having 2 teenagers in the house with no tv or wifi. The response is a joke and to add insult to injury customer service hung up on me when I asked him did he think that response was ok
Update shouldn’t take an email to ceo to get something done but all fixed now

Instead of fixing it They made it worse .

I let Youfibre convince me that a faster speed and a new router would fix the ongoing issues with the service.

IN FACT IN MADE IT WORSE!!!

The response “turn it off and back on” it did not fix it 6 months ago so you think its going to fix it now…..

If your have a problem just cancel and go else where. Dont believe the we are looking into it . Or yes we are sure this will
Fix it. It wont!!

Having reviewed the account, we can see multiple attempts have been made to reach the account holder to continue troubleshooting and arrange further investigation, but unfortunately we’ve not been able to make contact successfully.

We genuinely do want to get this resolved, but we do need to work together in order to properly diagnose what’s happening, as connectivity issues can sometimes be caused by a number of different factors both inside and outside the home.
