Our battery replacement service can unfortunately take between 24 hours to 2 weeks from the time the item is received during the season, as stated on our website. I would like to apologise for the lack of communication you have received regarding your order.

We strive to have all servicing completed within 48 hours where possible but unfortunately, we fell short of this on this occasion. Our sister company that does the servicing has a large number of products to be serviced currently so our turn-around times were slightly slower than normal.
We would like to apologise that our turn-around time did not match what was indicated on our website. We have now updated the descriptions on our website to state that although we strive to complete it quickly, it may take up to 1-2 weeks

A very good service to upgrade my PLB
A very good service to upgrade my ACR ResQLink with a new battery and system check. 'You Boat' was the initial point of contact, but the work is done by 'Spares Marine', who were very quick and helpful. Excellent all-round service and considerably cheaper than investing in a new PLB.

Highly recommend
Great service, ordered anew fridge for boat online and it arrived with a couple of days and no charge for delivery. Have also used the swan wick store numerous times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
