Damage the front of bumper plastic broken part before I'd even put it together contacted them and they said they would replace but never heard any reply from emails the company now appears to not be trading from their website I also have an issue with the car not talking to the remote it's still good value and a bit of fun I suppose but I've got no after care whatsoever and the bit lost with my apparent 12 month warranty

car delivered with big crack on driverside door which was also on the box that it came in (what a shame) but will not be ordering anymore form this company

Did not receive order. Did not receive email saying goods have been shipped. Can not get in contact with online form or on phone number!
I want my money back

Didn’t revive both items when it was delivered so had to get intouch as they missed it out in warehouse, then when they have posted the helmet they have sent to wrong colour one, now my son won’t be able to go on his bike for his birthday tomorrow! Absolutely useless, customer service on the other hand are very quick with responses

Great products, fantastic price & value for money and Delivery was faster than Amazon Prime.

Issue with electric scooter tried a few things to resolve in the end scooter was sent back and repaired in workshop

You don’t reply to emails and didn’t answer the phone when I rang

We bought UTV buggy jeep for our 4 year old little girl. Very impressive with the delivery, we got an email every step of the way of when our product was ship and when it was on its way. Arrived the next day and it was easy for my husband to put it all together. We charged it over night and with a little help from customer service (we had the jeep plugged in charging and tried to turn it on-Dont do this!) the jeep works perfectly. We have one very happy little girl.

Ordered a week ago with express delivery 1-2 days and still not received the order
