We've only had the player a week but are obsessed. It's nice to not have to handover a phone for audio entertainment but he can manage the device himself and it's not always on headphones. He's also learning and hearing new stories each day.

We mostly use the app, not the cards, and it's so incredibly difficult and has been for years, ive complained directly multiple times and they've .
- doesn't show what's playing on the yoto
- shows nothing is playing (when it is), which means you can't control it remotely
- doesn't update the volume
- takes a really long time to update the volume/timer settings
- the points vs. credits system is confusing and it's not available on the app (neither is the full library)
We were also billed twice for the same product on the same account and email address (no checks, no notifying) for a number of months. Luckily we saw it and were able to query it, after a considerable amount of complaining they finally returned the money.

Its such a shame because the kids love listening to stories, but it's such a headache for the parents!

Easy to order. Great idea to reduce screen time. I would love it if the larger device could also show date and day to help with learning times and dates etc.

I love Yoto! Every kid should have one! My son has learnt so much with the different cards we've bought him. He is 7 and can tell you all about the circulatory system! I love that it has Kids pod casts, radio, and we use the sleep sounds every single night. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone with kids.

Granddaughter loves YOTO.

My favorite things after just one week with a Yoto player are:
- the ease of controlling it from either the device itself or the app
- price of the cards and the content included for that price
- how each card automatically downloads to the app, so we can play it in the car!

Delivery took about a week to get to the destination, but it was delivered when stated. Our grandchildren are loving the stories we order. Discs are both entertaining and educational.

Love the yoto. Terrible customer service experience. I had difficulty with the referral program and customer service did not resolve it to my satisfaction.

As an update after receiving the response to my review. I have not yet received any sort of alternate solution.

I ordered the Yoto, a protective cover and a hard shell carrying case. All arrived in good shape and as indicated. My little person loves it!

I was under the impression that this product wasn't always connected to wifi. I wanted something that my kids could use that isn't connected to the online world and doesn't constantly have emf exposure. Yes, I can turn the wifi setting off on my account, but I have to do it every time the kids turn the Yoto off and on, which is annoying. Plus, my kids can just turn it on without me knowing. I would prefer it off at all times, and I turn it on when I need to connect it. Wouldn't have purchased if I had known this.

Items arrived quickly, impressed with the device and the whole setup, device and app is well thought out and kiddo loves it.

There was a mistake in the cards sent but the excellent costumer service sorted it very quickly. Thank you!

Ordered a couple things off this site for my niece's 2nd birthday and I had left it a bit late so I was worried it wouldn't turn up in time, but they got it out to me super quick! Very impressed!

Order never arrived. Waited 10 business days before contacting support and no one has responded yet

We have a Yoto mini and the regular size. My 2yo and 6yo love their Yotos and my 8 yo is even saving up his own money to buy one for himself even though he is a voracious reader! We love how simple they are to use and love the variety of books! My 6yo loves Yoto Daily!

I love that I can play the cards from my phone right after purchase or link the stories to blank cards while waiting by for them in the mail. Our 5 yr old is really enjoying listening to the yoto classics!
