I ordered Yoto cards about three weeks ago and they have not been shipped to me yet. I read that I needed to wait until at least 10 days after the order and then I found out that my order was lost. This is my first time ordering so I kind of regret buying the Yoto player if it’s going to be like this just to get some cards.

The music card I bought still hasn’t arrived

It's been about 3 years since we started our journey with Yoto and we're just as obsessed now as we were then. Not only has his vocabulary and speaking skills improved, but he's learned so much about a broad spectrum of things.

My daughter listens to audiobooks all the time now, and she loves playing the Yoto games like Cheese and Chocolate with her older brothers. Fun for all of us. And she's getting to explore books on her own, which is wonderful!

We thought that we could simply put in the card and the yoto would work. The whole set up is much more complicated than we expected.

I always loved this book -Frog and Toad -and I’ve read it to my own children. But the reader of this -on Yoto, with the sounds and music , is wonderful.

We absolutely love our YOTO Player! One of my favourite things about it is that it's completely screen-free, which gives me peace of mind while still keeping my daughter entertained and engaged.

She uses it throughout the day, whether she's having breakfast, playing in the garden, or winding down in the evening. It's become a real part of our daily routine. Bedtime has been especially lovely, as she enjoys listening to her stories independently and settling herself down for sleep.

The sound quality is fantastic, it's simple for little hands to use, and I love how it encourages imagination and a love of stories without relying on screens. It's been such a wonderful addition to our home and one that gets used every single day.

We love our yoto player! My son will listen to an entire book in a day or two, carrying the yoto around and listening as he plays or in the car. With this order, the company has gotten faster at sending products so we can enjoy them sooner.

Purchased for a grandchild. The day she received it she was not feeling well and listened to Frog and Toad on the couch all day.

Every easy to get in touch and send back the wrong yoto box my fault ordered the wrong one. Package sent back and refund given have now ordered the mini yoto which my grandson loves

I reached out with questions concerning our kids’ Yoto player not being able to play cards despite attempts to troubleshoot on my own.
The customer service team responded quickly, and it was discovered that our Yoto player has an unrepairable malfunction and offered to send us a new one for free!
That was an unexpected delight and we are very grateful!
