Mixed up order and terrible courier - but they promised to have learnt from the experience

OK. The courier used to deliver our mattress was completely disorganised - so it didn't arrive on the stated delivery day, then I got a call saying they "weren't delivering in your area" 5 days later, and then it finally arrived at 9:45PM on a Saturday... and was a completely different mattress (different make, but the same size) to the one we ordered!

To be honest, I couldn't face going through the courier hassle again, so I signed the chitty and just accepted it.

To their credit, Yorkshire Fantasy beds always replied courteously to my emails, offered a discount on any future order, and also informed me that they would no longer be using the terrible courier company.

Still, we had a very stressful, long wait for a mattress that turned out not to be the one we ordered... so make your own mind up.

Super choice & service

Ordered a small double ottoman bed as short of space, still there was a good amount of beds to choose from, colours & choice of material. The bed was made within the week, delivered when they said it would be, assembled in the bedroom by a lovely man. We are delighted with the bed & would recommend anyone wanting a new bed to seriously give Yorkshire Fantasy Beds a browse online. Delighted with ours. Thank you 😊
