I was the second time the call was…
I was the second time the call was unable to be connected. I live in Stockholm and this morning I tried to call a hospital laboratorium in Stockholm three times and the call was unable to be connected. I can only hear "there is a technical problem the call cannot be connected". Do not use this app if you need to call hospital or health care centers. Buy a local refill card if it is possible!

It seems that you previously connected successfully to another country, so the issue may be specific to calling Stockholm from a Swedish number. In some cases, such calls can be blocked by the local operator if you are not in roaming, since Yolla is designed primarily for international calls.

Bad customer service. You pay for the cheap 7 minutes and you are not able to make calls. You also can’t speak to customer service.

Waste of money
I made several really important calls to Australia, and each time I got cut off because the other side couldn't hear me. I tried on 2 devices, with 2 different headsets and on speaker and without. A total waste of money.
